Immaculately clean and well maintained apartment with ample comfortable bedding and towels, along plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking and eating. Note that there is only one window with a true outside view so there isn’t much natural light, but the space and quality of the apartment make up for that!

Exceptional Stay

We have been booking these types of stays since 2014. Can honestly say this property was the very best so far! Immaculately clean. Every creature comfort provided. Excellent response time from hosts when we had questions. Extremely comfortable and well appointed space. Hopefully it’s available the next time we visit our daughter.

Patricia, thank you so much for your kind words. We are new to short term renting/hosting and you were the first one to book our unit. If our future renters are anything like you, we will be doing this for a long time to come!!! We travel a lot ourselves and know how nice it is to stay somewhere clean, comfortable and welcoming. We're delighted you found our unit to be just that. Looking forward to having you stay with us many times in the future!

Lovely place in the heart of downtown

Amazing! Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated space with all the amenities. I enjoyed the large walk in closet as I usually take my clothing on hangers! Very comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything you would need and the Keurig was especially appreciated! Just steps to 4th street and all the entertainment and restaurants! Would highly recommend and hope to return again next time in Winston!

The property was great! We will definitely stay here again. Very clean and comfortable and a lot more space than a hotel room. The host was wonderful. We had some mix-up on directions for check-in but the host contacted us immediately and clarified how to find their lock box, etc. Please note: The parking garage used for this property is located two blocks away and is NOT adjacent to the property. We did not know this when we made the reservation. There is curbside parking in front and back but you have to pay if it’s during the week. Overall experience was great once we got our bearings and figured things out. Can’t say enough good things about the host.

Loved this spot, close to several great shops/art galleries, restaurants of different price points, and a few convenience stores for any needs. A real treat to have 1.5 bathrooms and spacious living room! Host is a true host, very kind and communicative, which is huge these days when so many spots like this seem to be managed anonymously. When I travel I am always rarely in my room, so if that's true for you, I can't recommend this enough, though when I was there it felt cozy. The kitchen is well-equipped with great appliances if you need that. As a side note the amphitheater/ park outside the place is really cool. This was probably my best stay through an app in the last 5 years. Thank you!
