Located within a NUDIST COMMUNITY, "Seas The Day" is a romantic condo with a fully-equipped kitchen. It's the perfect getaway for couples who are 30+ years or older, looking for a unique, luxurious vacation (or "nakation"). Enjoy a steaming cup of coffee in the morning, or a refreshing glass of wine in the evening on your private, screened-in patio with a calming, lake view.

With a king-size bed, plush towels, and soft sheets, you can indulge in the ultimate comfort and relaxation experience. Our private screened-in patio offers a breathtaking view of the lake, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or catch the beautiful sunset.

Designed with underwater decor, a dolphin coffee table, abalone countertops, and beautiful mermaids everywhere, this condo will transport you to a world of tranquility and serenity.

In case you missed it...OUR CONDO IS IN A NUDIST COMMUNITY. Due to our units' smaller size and the community's predominantly adult nature, we do not recommend this condo for families with children or those offended by nudity. If you're curious about nudism, Paradise Lakes is a great place to give it a try and you'll love our friendly community! We do not allow pets or parties. Each guest will be asked to complete an additional application per our condo association rules. For the safety of our nudist neighbors, our condo association reserves the right to background check all of our guests. This condo is on the first floor, and has a private, screened in patio.

Little Mermaids without the Disney

Cute little place. Creatively decorated and well appointed studio. Kitchen had everything needed for daily living. Newer washer/dryer combo for added convenience. Short walk to pool and evening playful activities

Friendly and Safe

The Mermaid unit was very comfortable, and has everything you need. Doug and Traci were both very pleasant and accommodating. We happened to be there during hurricane Milton, and Doug showed us the best place to park the car, and even came to the unit with a flashlight, in case we needed it. The people in the community are friendly, and we felt perfectly safe staying there.

Fun Theme and super functional Condo

We stayed at “Seas the Day” for a week, while in the Tampa area house hunting. The community is super friendly and quiet. We have stayed on the “resort” side in the past and it was fun, this time we needed to be able to pick when we wanted to be on vacay and when we wanted to be real world. “Seas the Day” fit perfectly. The owners were on-site, so communication and help were only a text away, plus they made sure to make us feel a part of the community by inviting us to events. The condo is decked out with everything you need to fix meals, and the area has amazing restaurants everywhere if you don’t want to cook. The bed, linens, towels and furniture are all great- and the decor is super fun! We will definitely stay here again!
