Short term stay

Location was right downtown. Easy access to highway and activities. The accommodations were not fancy, but adequate for my needs. Has a full kitchen. There was a coffee maker, but there were no coffee cups. There is a large closet, but no dresser for your personal items. The bed room is small, only enough room for the bed and night stand. Had a hot shower. Would stay again

Place was clean, easy to access and safe. Instructions to get into the building were easy to follow. Cabinet and bathroom counter might need some repairs. Two of windows don’t lock. Didn’t figure out the TV. Overall the place was great. People were friendly. The bedroom was quiet and dark, great for sleeping!

Its a great location for the arts festival and there are several good places to eat nearby. The building is in good condition. This is a first floor street level unit which is at sidewalk level, so you can't open the curtain or people are looking in and it can be noisy. There was a pair of someone's dirty underwear in the closet behind the bench. Accessing the keybox was a problem since the original email sent the wrong code. This was booked through Expedia which made it harder to contact the company for assistance. Booking through VRBO instead would be easier. The pool in pics is not a pool. It might be a hot tub, not sure, it wasn't working while we were there.

Just steps away from Pappajohn Sculpture Garden and many of the city's major corporate headquarters, this apartment makes morning commutes a literal walk in the park. In the evenings live music, craft brews, and boutique shops are just around the corner. On weekends, bike trails linking the Riverwalk to Gray’s Lake, hit the Court Ave. Farmer’s Market or head across the river and shop in the East Village.
