Charming downtown Black Mountain, Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway and a host of award-winning restaurants, shops and outdoor activities are only minutes away.
This luxury home is situated in a private gated community and the property has a digital door lock. Codes to the security gate and front door will be provided prior to check in. The community has steep pave roads, and front-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive is strongly recommended in the winter. The property has stairs between floors.

KITCHEN: High-end Fisher Paykel appliances, including 5 burner gas range, oven, microwave/speed oven, two dishwashers, granite countertops, custom wood cabinets, coffee bar, walk-in pantry, and wine refrigerator and bar.
