In the lower unit of this charming duplex, your entry behind the house is hassle-free with a personal 4-digit code. Inside, find two inviting bedrooms with top-notch climate control courtesy of Mitsubishi mini splits. Your sleep is about to get a serious upgrade!

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, a French press (because coffee is life!), a microwave, and all the gear you need for a culinary adventure. And if you're craving local flavors, we've got the inside scoop on the best spots.
Step into our bathroom sanctuary, where an all-glass shower is your personal waterfall retreat. While thereâs no vent, our trusty dehumidifier is on standby, and you can always open the window for that fresh Nashville breeze.
For added convenience, the laundry room is at your disposal, stocked with detergent and spare bedding.
