Elegant lakeside lodging overlooking an authentic floatplane base. Featuring, hickory cabinetry, fully equipped kitchen, full luxurious shower, washer/dryer in unit, high speed internet, 65" TV, radiant floor heating, large balcony lakeside, perfect for relaxation in morning or evening. Close to a local brewery, restaurants, beaches, the Homer Spit, close to downtown. Absolutely the best lodging Homer has to offer.
The neighborhood surrounding Lakeshore Lodging boasts a local Brewery, and a lovely local restaurant. Within walking distance of shops, farmers market, beaches, and the base of the Homer Spit!
On-site parking for guests. Centrally located in town, easy drive to shopping, beaches or Spit.

To make your visit pleasant for everyone, please review and follow these house rules.
General Rules
1. Check-In & Check-Out times:
Check-in: 4 pm
Check-out: 11am
Early check-ins and late check-outs must be pre-approved and depending upon seasonality, may incur additional fees.
2. Occupancy:
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please notify us in advance if you need to make changes to your booking.
3. Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 11pm to 6 am. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these times.
4. No Parties or Events:
Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival.
5. No Smoking:
Smoking, vaping, or the use of illegal substances is not allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. Failure to follow these rules will result in a minimum fine of $500 and will be grounds for being asked to vacate immediately.
6. Pets:
No Pets allowed in the units at any time.
7. Cleanliness:
Please leave the property in the same general condition as you found it.
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
8. Damage:
Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests may be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements.
09. Prohibited Items:
Firearms, fireworks, and flammable materials including outdoor grills are not allowed on the property.
10. Patio Use:
Please clean up after using outdoor spaces.
Return any outdoor furniture to its original position.
11. Emergency Contacts:
For any emergencies, call 911. Please notify us immediately of any safety concerns.

We do have security cameras located on the outside of the property. These cameras function for security purposes only.
Fees & Penalties
13. Additional Charges:
Unreported damages may result in additional charges.
Additional cleaning fees up to $500 apply if excessive mess is left.

Non-compliance with these rules may result in eviction without a refund.

We are located right next to Beluga Lake which is an active float plane base. You will get the chance to marvel at the beautiful float planes taking off and landing in the water, while relaxing in luxurious accommodations. Our Cabins are unique studios, with all the amenities you could want. Our suites are high class luxury 1 bedroom apartment style accommodations with a balcony over looking the wonders of Alaskan beauty
