Newly constructed in 2023, these apartments are designed for modern living and feature high-end finishes that blend elegance with practicality. Located conveniently in downtown Flagler Beach, you’ll find yourself just steps away from the pristine beach and an array of wonderful restaurants and bustling bars, making it ideal for those who want both relaxation and excitement.

Ascending to the second floor of our luxurious apartments, you'll be welcomed by a spacious balcony deck that offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Inside, each apartment features a contemporary kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, perfect for cooking up delightful meals while enjoying the magical seascape around you. Guest Access:
Free parking in the front or rear side of the building. Beach walk over directly across the street from the building. Trailer parking is $25/ day

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
