Welcome to your 2 bed/2.5 bath 1500 sq ft home away from home, located in the vibrant city of Austin. This stylish and cozy retreat is the perfect accommodation for your month+ long stay in the Live Music Capital of the World.

Location: Nestled in the trendy neighborhood of 78741, our VRBO is just minutes (7 min with traffic) away from downtown Austin, offering easy access to the city's iconic attractions, music venues, and eclectic eateries. It also sits near the highways 71 and 35, providing easy access to major roadways.
Interior: Immerse yourself in the modern and thoughtfully decorated interior. The living spaces are designed for comfort, featuring contemporary furnishings and a welcoming ambiance. We have 3 work desks with monitors/hookups and is perfect for those in town for work.
Bedrooms: Enjoy a restful night's sleep in the well-appointed Purple king mattress in the master bedroom, and a top of the line queen mattress in the other --- each providing a peaceful oasis after a day of exploring the city.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen allows you to whip up your favorite meals or try your hand at some local Austin recipes. Savor your creations in the dining area, perfect for shared meals and conversations.
Outdoor Space: While there isn't a private yard, you will be able to relax on the private balcony, a great spot to unwind with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, or even a meal on the custom-made bar. Take in the Austin vibes surrounded by greenery and fresh air.
Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, pool, dog park, and other amenities ensure that you stay connected and entertained throughout your visit.
