Summary:
Tons of Beds!!! Best view in town! This new home is great for families and Large groups visiting Nashville.

Close to everything in Nashville! Centrally located for a convenient $6 Uber ride to anywhere in Downtown. We are also steps from the Gulch. Also nearby is 12 South, Edgehill and the Hillsboro neighborhoods.

Close Proximity To Many City Hot Spots!
Taco Mamacita, Barcelona, The 404 Kitchen, Acme, Prima, Bar Louie, Tavern, Barista Parlor, Milk and Honey, Biscuit Love, and more!

The Space:
4 bedrooms each with its own full bathroom. Enough space to sleep 16 comfortably!

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It was a good place to stay. There were some damages here and there, that were already there, prior to us checking in. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay for a group or couples getaway.

Yes the location was great, number of beds, plenty but I have to be honest and say the cleanliness of the whole space had a lot to be desired. The showers were moldy, downstairs shower water ran continuously, no matter how hard you tried to get it to stop. One bathroom upstairs had a broken tp holder, a drawer in the other upstairs bathroom would never stay shut ( be careful going to the bathroom in the dark, it’s a hip breaker). If you tried to use the toaster, it would trip the switch. The rooftop lights had no way to turn on. It seemed they were connected to the neighbors. The sliding door to the mid floor bedroom is kinda messed up track wise and one of the den chairs has springs pooping all in the seat, not out of the material but definitely not a comfortable sit. There was one towel for the kitchen and NO pot holders at all. It seems that what could be a wonderful place has been truly neglected. I don’t know how long it’s been since management has been here, but they really need to pay a visit.

Great location in Nashville with plenty of room for our party of 8. Nice layout and we loved the rooftop deck! The host made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond to messages. We will definitely stay here if we head back to Nashville.

Perfect location, so many beds and have us great options as we had 12 in our party and ages from 27 to 80. Best host. Easy to get a hold of and always checked in with us. Would definitely stay here again oh and the best part ..the rooftop!!!

Enjoyable stay

We had eight of us stay in this location. We loved the layout and location. There were some small things we wish had been addressed to make it a bit nicer. (For instance, one of the toilet paper holders was loose). But all in all, it fit our needs quite well.

High school trip

The property was great for a high school trip. The rooms had enough beds, everyone on the team had their own. The property had a nice walk to the Gulch, and Broadway was just a 30 minute walk. We felt safe the entire time. The best part was the view from the roof.

Party in Nashville

We celebrated a 21st birthday with friends and family. 9 of us stayed here and it was great. Lots of stairs, three levels plus the awesome rooftop. Plenty of room for all. Great location to either walk or scooter or Get a driver (Jay Belk on Facebook) or Uber. Easy walk to Broadway. Would stay in this location again.
