This is our third high rise resort stay in PCB over the last 8 years. Long Beach was our favorite of the three. Great parking. Only 14 stories so not over crowded. By far the best elevator situation we have encountered. Never waited for an elevator which was a big issue at the other two we had been at in the past. Host had excellent clear communication. Details and directions for stay were well written out and communicated. This is a little older unit that hasn't really been updated but it was clean and well maintained. No issues. We stayed with 4 adult children and it worked out perfect with everyone having their own space and privacy. Would definitely stay here again.

Poorly Equipped of any home I’ve rented. So we had to buy several things. But overall we made do and enjoyed the 5 days 4 nights and the location immensely. However… they do not allow golf carts on the property and we had ours with us because my husband is partially disabled. They would not yield! Not good !

Pool was great, great location, roomy. Great communication from host. Only things I didn't like is a realtor and couple came to view the condo while we were there staying. I think to be respectful they should have arranged that between guests staying. Also, we would have liked additional cooking utensils and more towels should have been included. Overall, good times were had.

The property was not as clean as I would have expected. There were large black hairballs in the floors in the Main Master. We are all blonde or bald. The bath in the double room was not clean. The mirror on the wall in the double bedroom bath, is falling off of the wall and nearly hit my daughter twice. It did not fall off though. The faucet in the Main Master was detached from the wall. Maintenance came and fixed that. The TV in the double bed bedroom stopped working. We had to request a new one. The condo was slightly stocked. I have stayed in MANY Long Beach condos (mostly owner owned) and they have all been amazing with the exception of one. They are fully stocked and provide beach towels, etc. This condo was beautiful. Please know there were a LOT of good things about this condo. However, unless they increased the dishes and towels (free of charge), I would not rent this one again. I had to pay for 4 towels, washcloths, mat and hand towels. I have never had to pay for or needed this before. like I said beautiful condo, but not worth the money. Long Beach is a wonderful place to stay. We stay every year for 20 years. Just have to find the right condo.

Great Week

We had an excellent week. The resort and room were both fantastic. Great location and the beach was not crowded at all. Never had to wait on an elevator. Room was as advertised, everything was great. Communication with host was excellent. The Keurig was broken first morning and by lunchtime we had a new one delivered to the room. Overall an awesome week.

The place itself was nice and clean! Comfortable beds, plenty of space for our family, and a nice kitchen. The downsides of the condo itself is that the living room TV barely worked (not user error) and the kitchen had little to nothing for you except dishes. I can tell that this is a very nice property from our stay but barely got to use any of the amenities. The main pool was closed and the bar and grill the entire time. While they did let us know this was a possibility I messaged before we made our final payment to this company to make sure the construction would be done before our stay and they said it would. Two days before they messaged that the construction wouldn’t bother us but that the “west pool” was still closed. When I messaged them about the pool they didn’t respond to me for 3 days. We had no idea what pool that was. It feels like they didn’t give us an actual idea of what we would be dealing with. The condo itself was very nice and we would book again but the communication was terrible.

Family vacation parents w/ 2 children and spouses

The property and condo were beautiful and as listed. From future rentals with vrbo, the kitchen could have had some essential items. There was no sponge, dish soap, spatula, salt and pepper. Usually you will find left over olive oil, vinegar, alls in all the trip was great! These missing items like sponges and spatula, dish soap, salt and pepper, should really be in the condo

Needs an update

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff was remarkable they listened to every concern. They were helpful in getting things set right. But this place is bare minimum the person who owns the property only has what is required and that's it. Needs more dishes and utensils or at least good ones that food will not stick to. Carpets are stained. Blood stains on my comforter. Mirrow's on the walls, leaking dishwasher, wallpaper peeling in the bathrooms, mold growing on the balcony in front of the sliding glass door. Also a broken leg on the end table, small tv's in bedrooms. No lock on front door to keep children from opening the potholder's, had to use bathroom towels to get anything out of the oven or to even pick up the pots because they have metal handles which hold heat. You have to pay for more than 1 vehicle for a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo $25 for each which seems very unreasonable but okay. Also beach chairs are not included. They had to have maintenance over the day we arrived because the people before complained about the property.

Very happy to hear our staff was remarkable and we set right the issues you reported. We did find a nickel sized stain on the comforter which the cleaner did not see prior to your stay. Parking information and charges are in the paperwork and $25 per extra pass is very reasonable. I am happy to report, we found no mold and the other issues which guest only told us about after departing have been addressed. This condo has a wonderful floor plan with gulf and beach view from each bedroom. We stock the kitchen with the same inventory we stock every condo that sleeps 8. This condo was priced according to the market. We wish you better luck in future travels.

The beds were very uncomfortable and could use new mattresses. There isn’t much in the cabinets to cook with. This is the first place I’ve stayed that wasn’t well equipped.
