The Space:
This Villa is an expansive three-bedroom residence features three bedrooms with modern en-suite bathrooms, a cozy living room, a private bar, a dedicated dining area, and a luxurious sundeck. Complete with a private salt water pool and jacuzzi, it boasts magnificent views of lush tropical gardens and breathtaking views Old Town Puerto Vallarta and the Pacific Ocean. Please note that this Villa does not have a kitchen.

MIA Horizon Suite
This offers the same stunning views as the Palmera Suite and comes with a freestanding garden bathtub and a desk for working. It also features the ability to open the suite fully, effortlessly blending the indoor space with the outdoors, and includes a private outdoor terrace for an intimate connection with nature.

MIA Palmera Suite
Enjoy panoramic vistas of the Bay of Banderas, the Pacific Ocean, and Puerto Vallarta, all while surrounded by lush gardens. This suite features a freestanding garden bathtub and the option to fully open the suite, creating a seamless connection with nature with a built-in outdoor sundeck.

MIA Terraza Room
This versatile room, nestled beside one of our tranquil water features and overlooking the verdant garden, can be customized to your preference: choose from a luxurious King-size bed, two cozy Twin beds, or transform it into a Nursery with the help of a reputable third-party supplier.

The living room, designed for comfort and elegance, provides seating for eight, features a built-in gas fireplace and a striking decorative wall, and is complemented by a unique dining table for six, crafted from petrified cactus root with a glass top.

Check-In & Check-Out: Your vacation starts at 3 PM on your arrival day and wraps up at 11 AM on your departure day. This gives us just enough time to perfect everything for you and the next guests!

Smoke-Free Stay: For the health and comfort of all our guests, smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
Peaceful Enjoyment: We love that our guests can have fun, but let's keep it cozy for everyone. Please lower the volume of music and any loud noises between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
