On the 12th floor, this 40mÂČ space offers two optimized bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen integrated with the living room, and a bathroom.
Its location is strategic, close to the SĂrio LibanĂȘs Hospital and with easy access to various amenities for a comfortable stay.
The building features a 24-hour concierge and complimentary gym for guests, along with paid laundry facilities for added convenience.
- For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.
- It is not allowed to receive visitors.
- Standard check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is until 11:00. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.
- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.
- Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.
If this apartment had just one adjective, it would definitely be: sophisticated!
At first glance, it is already possible to observe the unique and tasteful finishes made in carpentry complemented with a hand-picked decoration with various elements from mining.
It has a large living room that connects to the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen, making it a perfect and complete place to stay.
It's that vintage and cozy atmosphere in the same environment.
Speaking of the building itself, there is a very nice entrance hall and in its surroundings there are common areas, with a gym, toy library, gourmet area, laundry room and bike rack!
Not to mention its location, which is super privileged, being just 15 minutes from the MetrĂŽ HigienĂłpolis-Mackenzie subway (yellow line), where you can access the main areas of the capital of SĂŁo Paulo in a few minutes.
