Nestled just a few minutes from an array of wineries, breweries, eateries, a spa, and the vibrant downtown Dahlonega that hosts numerous festivals. It's also at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, offering endless opportunities for hiking, biking, climbing, and kayaking, all within an hour's drive from Atlanta!
Experience modern luxury amidst the North Georgia mountains! Listen to the melodious chirping of birds as you unwind in outdoor comforts like hanging hammock chairs, a log fire pit, a coffee bar, and stylish rooms crafted with your every need in mind.
Rejuvenate indoors as the residence is comprised of three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It includes two king bedrooms and one queen room, with futons creating additional sleeping spaces in two of the rooms. Designed for versatility, the house features amenities for various occasions, such as backlit mirrors for prepping glamorous outings, workstations/makeup vanities in the bedrooms to accommodate everyone's needs, a large custom kitchen for cooking, and a bespoke master bathroom designed for ultimate relaxation. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, allowing you to cap off your day by watching your favorite shows.

This retreat offers the best of both worlds - it borders the Etowah River, features a fishing pond, and is a stone's throw away from wineries, hiking paths, waterfalls, and downtown Dahlonega, known as the gold capital of the south!
Constructed with an emphasis on privacy, the extensive driveway leads you away from the road's hustle and bustle. The home, for most of the year, is secluded with no other structures in sight, with minimal visibility even in winter. All main room windows are equipped with curtains for enhanced privacy.
