Important: To ensure seamless access to our building and amenities, please bring a smartphone with a strong signal capable of downloading the app provided in your booking confirmation. This app is essential for your stay and failure to comply will result in cancellation of your reservation.

The Neighborhood:
Just a short drive away from Washington D.C.'s iconic attractions, such as the White House and the Lincoln Memorial, easily accessible via the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge. Explore an array of dining venues and cafes in the vicinity. Only 8 minutes from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and a quick 4-minute drive to Arlington Cemetery station

Getting Around:
You have the option to utilize the Arlington Cemetery station for convenient travel to various destinations. Alternatively, if you prefer not to use the train, there are also transport platforms available for your convenience.

Other Things to Note:
We Host provides basic products for personal care and cooking for the first nights.

For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation

The pool is only open from May-September. (From Memorial Day to Labor Day). Please note that access to the pool is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. If you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for a extra supplement

We do not provide bath towels.

Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (October 15 - May 1) Air conditioning in full operation (May 15 - October 1) Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.

To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space. Only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
