Great location. Home is beautiful. Only down side is it is 2 separate units that don’t connect to each other to make the total of a 6 bedroom home.

Spacious, nice amenities and 5 minute walk to the beach

This house fits 10 comfortably, dinning tables are even big enough for 10. It’s a five minute walk to the beach. AC is sufficient but some room units are loud.

Great property

Margie was wonderful and responded quickly to some minor issues. Property was just as advertised and we had plenty of rooms to accommodate all 5 siblings and their plus 1’s. Having 5 bathrooms was a plus. The large dining room table fit all 10 of us for meals and we used the large deck to hang out together. We didn’t use the game room but it would be great for teens. Hyannis is a great location close to Keyes beach- easy walk and 15 minute walk to downtown. We had a great time. The grill needed a thorough cleaning- especially below the grates.

Perfect spot for a group!

We had a fantastic stay at this house! Three floors of bedrooms meant that the younger set didn't disturb the older set with late bedtimes and videogames :) The kitchen was well stocked with supplies which was great for whipping up feasts each day. Two decks, a large living room, dining area, and play room meant we weren't in each other's laps the whole time. We also loved the short walk to the beach and to Main St. Def check out Chez Antoine's for your morning coffee and pastry! Everyone had a blast and we made some great family memories here. I would definitely rent this home again!

Great house for large family or even 3 different families. Dog frendly. Convenient to beaches - a 5-15 min walk to 2 beaches; a 5 min drive to our favorite beach, Kalmus park. 20 min walk to Main St Hyannis....Kate's homemade ice cream was a hit; 20 min walk to Hyannisport harbor...Spanky's restaurant was a hit. Kitchen well appointed. Great playroom for big and small kids. Plenty of parking.

Great family vacation house. Plenty of space and well equipped.

This property was a great find. So close to the beach we walked there. The house is equipped with toys, games, water toys and beach chairs. There is a game room detached from the house. There is also a two bedroom apartment detached as well which served my daughters with little ones well. Multiple outdoor space with table and chairs which catch the shade throughout the day. Close to town and the Melody Tent! We saw Jason Aldean. Great show. Town is a mile away. Parks are close as well as several other beaches. We only stayed a week but you should stay two. Today would have been a day for a bike ride on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We had a hot week but still managed to get everything in.

Great location and space!

House is located a short walk to the beach and had many beach items at the house to use, the house and outside space was perfect for our group and enough space for everyone! The game room/garage was a great addition as well. Would stay there again if we return to the cape

Cape Vacation

The property location was perfect for all our family's activities. Walking distance to the beach was short. Main street and the Hyannis harbor were a bit farther walk, but easy to do in 15 minutes or by bike. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The property manager was easy to contact and quick to respond to our needs. Overall great vacation.

Terrific beach house & location

We loved our time at this Hyannis beach home! The home was clean, comfy, well equipped, tastefully decorated, and a perfect size for our group. Only 5 min walk to a great beach where we watched the July 4th fireworks. The beach was not crowded during the day & was perfect for wading as the water is relatively shallow for some distance. The house is a comfortable walking distance away (around 15min) to the Main Street shops and restaurants. Our teens liked the home’s game room where they played darts and foosball. The property manager was always quick to answer any questions we had.

Family vacation with small children

The house is roomy with lots of outdoor spaces. The private large flat driveway was perfect for wading pools and water play for our little ones. Beaches are a short walk for adults or stroller ride for non walkers. The beach buggy is great for transporting the stuff. We brought a beach wagon to pull the kids. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us.

4 stars due to "hidden costs"

Property was accurately depicted in pictures, but there were a bunch of "hidden costs" that were not included in the listing: 1) We were asked to buy insurance through their service provider or put up an additional cash Damage Deposit beyond the standard amount that Vrbo already asked for 2. We were told days before our check in that we needed to bring our own sheets or else we'd need to rent them at an additional cost per person 3. In the same email, we were also told to launder the towels we used ourselves or pay another fee Our group has done numerous house rentals across Vrbo and Airbnb - we don't think these charges are normal and wanted to flag for future guests as we would've liked to know about them prior to booking. Besides that, Margaret the property manager was extremely responsive to questions and easy to work with.

Great Hyannis location

Great location if you want to be able to walk to downtown Hyannis and area beaches. Plenty of room for large family and dog to spread out. We were only disappointed when Keyes beach was closed during our stay because of bacteria, but that’s clearly not the owners’ fault.
