Mycket rymligt 4 sovrum 2 1/2 badrum hus mittemot Powell Park. Sitter på 2 tunnland, är det mycket tyst och avskilt. Det finns 1 king size-säng, 3 dubbelsängar och 2 enkelsängar. Det finns också ett stort vardagsrum och en matsal med 2 bord. Huset backar upp till corp-fastigheten och när vattnet är högt kan du gå ner till baksidan av Farmers Cove. Det finns en enorm täckt bakre veranda för avkopplande eftermiddagar utanför. Det finns satellit-TV i vardagsrummet. Trådlöst internet finns också tillgängligt. Alla sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls. Köket är fullt utrustat med alla krukor, kastruller och redskap som du behöver.

Worked great for our group fishing trip

Enjoyed the stay, set up was great for a few guys for a Sun-Fri fishing trip. Lot's of area to cook and sit out back. House was fine no issues encountered.

Great Cabin for Family Vacay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Great distance to Powell park and plenty of room to spread out! The children enjoyed being able to run around in the yard! Overall great stay!

Made the best of it.

First impressions of the house were pretty good, older place nice nicely kept. I’m familiar with the area, typical nice older lake house. The problems began not long after we checked in and unloaded our belongings. We started noticing issues with the cleanliness of the property, and insects in the house. We sprayed on our own that night and contacted Brian the next morning. He said he would come himself and spray and call an exterminator. He offered us the option of a full refund and to go somewhere else or a partial refund and to continue our stay. We chose to stay due to the inability of finding something else for our party in the same area last minute with the pets we had with us and the size of our party. Long story short, this could be a pretty nice spot, it is conveniently situated in close proximity to the park and marina. I hope in the future the cleaning and pest insect issues are addressed. We will be staying elsewhere in the future.

Very comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of room available, and patio is very spacious. We recommend staying here especially if you plan on accessing Powell Park. Most definitely will come back to stay again.

We loved our stay! There was more than enough room for everyone! We especially enjoyed our evenings on the patio watching the kids play hide and seek. You’re literally 5 minutes away from Powell Park, which was a huge hit for everyone!

Country retreat

We rented this property to spend time on lake Sam Rayburn with family. It was spacious and pet friendly. It had lots of towels, dishes, pots and pans. We used the grill and that was a plus. Over all we had a good stay.

Exactly what we needed

We were meeting some friends staying at Powell Park, just down the street. This house was within driving distance on our UTV and provided all that we needed while on vacation.

We had a wonderful stay!!

We had a great stay, the owner Brian and neighbors are great. Powell park is only 1/2 mile down the road and we visited it free of charge daily. The property is very clean and very quiet. We will definitely be revisiting this property many times.

Perfect fishing cabin

Perfect fishing setup for anglers. Plenty of places to park boats and access to power to recharge. Huge covered back porch with the best little cleaning station. Will be back!
