The Oaks Preserve is a canopy tree lined neighborhood. It has 24x7 gated security entrance. The condo has access to a community pool and pool house. First floor is very spacious with a large dining area including wet bar. Three month minimum. The large patio is the place to relax and unwind.

First floor has galley kitchen with updated enmities. A large dining room is perfect for entertaining with a wet bar and built in custom cabinets. The large living space allows for office work and relaxing. The oversized patio is perfect for viewing the preserve nature and relaxing. The large upstairs bedrooms each have full en suite bathrooms. Parking for 2 cars, 1 space covered. 24x7 secure gated entry to neighborhood. Condo grants access to community pool and pool house. Laundry in facility.
