I en av de mest exklusiva och lyxiga lägenhetskomplexet vid stranden i staden, mycket säkert gated complex. Vår enhet är bara cirka 25 meter från den vita sandstranden !! Vår enhet har ett mycket bra utrymme på 180mt2 / 1.900 ft2. Vår strand är ganska lång ... du kan gå endera vägen för HOURS !! Vi har vår egen (komplexa) privata skugga-pergola med schäslonger, restaurang- och bartjänster tillgängliga i pool- och strandområdet.

Inom mindre än 15 minuters promenad från vår strand kan du hitta många restauranger och barer på stranden. Framför Condo-komplexa ingången på mindre än 15 min promenad kan du hitta: Bageri, Sports Bar, livsmedelsbutiker, apotek, restauranger och spa.

Great vacation

The property was perfect for our family and is very well maintained. The proximity to the beach and to restaurants makes it a great family vacation. We will likely stay here again if we re-visit Punta Cana. Ilia is very responsive to any questions.

As Good As It Looks

We had an amazing time at the condo. It is clean (and Mary is great), well-equipped, and you can't beat the location. All the staff at the complex was polite and helpful as well.

Great Family Vacation

My family had a great time during our stay. House was very nice. Mary and Ana were great. Food delicious. House always clean and tidy. Location amazing store and resturants walkable. Security on property made us feel safe. Condo steps from the beach. My family of 5 will be back. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful return

We returned to this great condo after our first experience in 2022. This time we extended our stay from 10 days to 14 days. This is a great find if you’re looking for a relaxing environment. The condo complex has a large green space to compliment the roominess of the condo itself. Clean, tasteful decorating with a fabulous view of the ocean. Thanks, Ilia!

Great vacation

Unit was well equipped provably the only thing missing was a kettle. Lia was a great contact person very organized and Mary did a great job cleaning and was very pleasant. Pedro the driver was always on time and pleasant. Great location with only a short walk to excellent restaurants and grocery store. Mike

Great place to stay

Stayed for a week, apt very spacious, 6 adults and had plenty of room we each had our own bedroom with private bath, lots of restaurants in the area. Mari was very pleasant and was there when we needed her. The only negative was the living and dinning room seats were very uncomfortable, kind of hard, beds were comfortable. Great balcony with beach view. Had to pay for air conditioning but not too expensive, we did have the air on most of the time. Beach close by. Will definetely stay there again. Had a great time.

Best vacation spot

My family and I stayed in Ilia’s condo for one week. It is very clean and spacious. It is located in a safe area. Ilia is very helpful and will help with anything we needed. We loved meeting Mary who came one day to cook for us. She let me learn from her and help with the meal. As a Spanish teacher, I am so thankful to be able to talk with the local people and learn more about the Dominican culture. We had so much fun at the same time. I will definitely stay here again someday. 😊

Beautiful property

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is lovely, with a very nice view of the ocean, very spacious, updated, secure, and clean. The complex has a beautiful pool that is very close to the unit, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, activities, etc. Ilia was excellent, keeping me updated of everything, answering every question I had, asking if I needed anything, she had all the information we needed, from taxi to restaurants, to activities, to cooking, and even made our covid test appointment. Maria the house keeper was awesome, very friendly, polite, attentive, and helpful. Without any doubt, I would stay there next time I have a chance to return.

Dominican-1st time

The condo is everything you could expect. The pictures on the website were very accurate. Beautiful views. We used our deck every night to enjoy them. Very nice sandy beach. Pool area was fabulous. No fighting for chairs, there were plenty at the beach and pool. We were 3 ladies on a girls trip and felt very safe. Right outside the condo are many restaurants that are easy to walk to. Security was always present. Condo owner was lovely to deal with and very responsive to all my questions being this was our 1st trip to the Dominican. We are already discussing our next trip back. We would rent this condo again!

Beautiful property and close to everything

This property is beautiful! Everything thing looks better than the pictures. So modern and comfortable. There are literally 4 bathrooms one for each room. It was 3 of us and we each had a king size bed. However the beds can be doubles if needed. We were able to cook breakfast if we wanted or go walking for food right outside the gate. We were right in the heart of things and close to other area attractions via uber or private taxi with Pedro or Willi. Ilia was always available with answers to our questions. You have quick access to the beach and the pool. I definitely recommend this home for booking.

Island Paradise

We enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks at this property. The location is absolutely perfect! Just steps away from the beach and only a few blocks away are lots of restaurants, markets and a fresh fruit and vegetable stand right outside the entrance. This property is exactly as the photos show. Mary the housekeeper, does a very good job however she speaks no English, only Spanish. So communication can be a bit difficult. However, The Host is a mere phone call away and always available to translate. I highly recommend this place on your next visit to Punta Cana. I know that we will go back to this place on our next visit!

Great condo

Condo is more spacious than the pictures show. We had 3 couples and two toddlers and never felt crowded. The balcony is a large additional room. Close to pools and beach. We got all our groceries at the mini-market at the entrance to the complex and ate dinner at local restaurants. Nice breeze so we only used the bedroom air conditioner at night (it’s a little noisy with security guards talking, roosters, dogs, people walking the side street). There was seaweed but it was raked off the beach every day.

Punta Cana Perfect

So fortunate to have found this listing…plenty of space, beautiful beach and pool area, quiet atmosphere, spotlessly clean condo, close to restaurants and groceries. No need for a car. The condo grounds are meticulously groomed and the spaciousness of the grounds is very appealing. The condo is even better than the pictures provided. Ilia is an excellent communicator. If you need something, she is readily available to help. Mary makes wonderful Dominican food…had her make 3 dinners for us. We so enjoyed our 10 days. Thank you, Ilia, for taking such care in making sure we had a great experience. We will be back.

Family Getaway in Paradise

I'm a travel agent and usually stay at all-inclusives when I travel but this time wanted a different experience. I brought my daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren to the Dominican Republic for a week over Thanksgiving and wanted my grandkids to have a more cultural experience than you can get in an all-inclusive. Everyone had a blast. The location of the condo is perfect for walking and there are plenty of good restaurants and a supermarket within steps of the entrance. Ilia and her team were outstanding to work with and made everything seamless. The condo is spotless. Our driver(s) were on time and easy to access through What's App. The level of service equalled that you receive at an all inclusive. Thanks so much for a wonderful week in paradise. The kids are already asking to come back!

Don't Look Any Further

The property inside and out was immaculate. The condo was spacious and well laid out for two couples. Two master bedrooms, one at the front and one down the hall each with ensuites. There was adequate supplies to make meals but bring your spices. There was salt, no pepper and nothing else. We didn't shop at the big grocery store because we loved the staff and selection and ease of buying what we needed as we needed it from the mini mart (out the gate and right). We bought avocado, pineapple and banana from the man with the wheelbarrow on the beach. Delicious (pass on the mango). Dinners at La Bruja, Castaways, Citrus and the beach resort restaurant were incredible. Better than what we can find at home. You can walk on the beach for miles so beautiful. There is seaweed in the water but it is in different spots each day, so one day it will be clear and the next not but it isn't bad like it is in other areas.The beach in front of the resort is the best because it is cleaned at least twice a day. Illia is easy to reach and quick to respond. Tip: there is an AC temp light that can be turned off on the remote, look for the LED button. There is a new water filtration system which was so convenient. There are mosquitoes, not many but if they love you, then you need your bug spray. I have never seen such a well maintained resort. Beautiful. Plenty of comfortable chairs on the beach and by the pool. Lots of shade as well. The staff were friendly. Book here, you won't regret it.

Wonderful Beach View Condo

The condo is as described; clean, well-stocked with comfortable beds. We never used the air-conditioning due to the wonderful breeze coming through the windows. The condo is steps away from 2 of the four pools onsite and beach, with a beautiful ocean view from the deck. Two large jugs of water were supplied and easily replaced at Bam Market (they also deliver so you don't have to lug them back to the condo). Ilia was always available via email or whatsapp to answer any questions that arose or to help coordinate taxi transfers to/from the airport. There are numerous restaurants (Citrus, Napoli, Wacamole, a couple indian places, a fruit stand and juice bar) and a little market (Bam) within a few minutes walk. There is a beach bar (TOC) onsite with amazing drinks and food, although they don't accept credit cards, so bring cash to take advantage to this great place. Only cons were there was a lot of noise at night due to the proximity to bars, busy street, etc (although it was spring break week). Closing the windows and using the ceiling fans at night did help with the noise. The pools onsite were pretty chilly, but the ocean was lovely!

Not a lot of chairs around pool. Hot water for showers was sporadic Mostly warm water to cool. Tv in master bedroom was fine we had issues with the main TV and never really worked even after people came in and fixed it twice. Owner was very responsive on any issue. Good area for lots of restaurants and a grocery store all within walking distance
