Somewhere between perfectly timeless and historically made - you'll find this beautiful stone Finger Lakes estate settled on the desirable East Bluff of Keuka Lake. Located in the heart of Finger Lakes you'll have an abundance of fun right at your fingertips! Consisting of three stone buildings; each nestled into the same clearing, you'll soon see how this beautiful property received its name; Steinnhus; an old Norse term meaning 'Stone House.'

Steinnhus offers sweeping views of Keuka Lake and includes 200 feet of beautiful lakefront. As you pull into the estate, imagine enjoying a cool drink on the lakeside deck. When you are ready to enter, choose between the main house, or one of the two guest homes.

Inside the main house, the foyer greets you. Travel just through the doorway and into the open floor plan with kitchen and great room.

This "Cook's Kitchen" boasts stunning architectural design, and bursts at the seams with all of your favorite cooking and baking ware. Stop at the Windmill Farm and Craft Market and bring back fresh, brightly colored produce and add a Finger Lakes touch to mealtime.

A comfortable sofa shares the space in the living area with a grand decorative stone fireplace. The ambiance the fireplace brings to the great room is breathtaking and may even compete with the view of Keuka Lake.

To the far side of the room where wall-to-wall windows allow the views of Keuka Lake to be enjoyed sun up until sun down, there is an extended dining room table that makes mealtime easy and fun when you're with family and friends.

Completing the main house you'll find two of the four bedrooms, one with a king bed and lake views and the second with a queen bed and garden view. One of the two bathrooms is just off the hallway to the kitchen and offers a walk-in stone shower.

The guest house studio home is just steps away from the main house door. A pebble path leads the way. Once you've arrived at the studio home, a wooden pergola and stone patio greet you. The studio is perfect for a couple and offers a queen bed with chaise lounge; perfect for reading a book and relaxing for the afternoon.

Another pebble path leads the way to the ensuite guest house. Once inside, a king bed with cozy living area and custom-built bar can be found. The bathroom offers a walk-in stone shower.

Outdoor entertainment and relaxing is easy at Steinnhus. Whether you're spending time on the balcony off the main house, enjoying the shade under the balcony on the guest suite, or sitting on the studio guest house pergola soaking up the views of Keuka Lake, there is not a space at this home that won't capture your heart and create a fond memory!

A flight of gradual wooden stairs lead down to the lakefront where a large permanent dock for hanging out, fishing or sun bathing is available. Enjoy lunch at the picnic table!

Each day at Steinnhus will be an adventure: whether you're running and playing on the shore, spending time in the cool waters of Keuka Lake, or exploring the area around you. Located only a few miles from the town of Penn Yan, you will find unique shops on Main Street, plenty of dining, locally famous Seneca Farms, and the Wine Bar on the Canal. Award winning wineries like Hunt Country Vineyards and Stever Hill Vineyards and Yates Cellars are within minutes from this Keuka Lake gem. Your safety matters to us! Steinnhus has two exterior security cameras. The cameras do not look into any interior living areas.

2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
