Detta är ett hus som byggdes 2012. Det är utrustat med nytt allt, apparater, sängar, möbler, gasgrill, sängkläder, allt. Mycket öppen planlösning med 25 fot tak i det stora rummet. Enorm 17 fot hög spis i det stora rummet. Öppen balkong ovan med 2 sovrum och ett komplett badrum. Källarenivån är nu klar, den har nu 2 sovrum med dubbelsängar och 3 soffor. Så det finns fem bäddar i alla, en king size en i sovrummet, 2 queen size-sängar i det övre loftet området och 2 queen size-sängar i källaren. badtunna ute. Enormt däck utanför det stora rummet. Baksidan av hemmet vetter mot SW med utsikt över den vackra floddalen. Sioux Falls ljus kan ses på avståndet 12 miles bort.

Girls Weekend

The house was perfect for 10 women. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The great room and kitchen are spacious for hanging out. The house and property are beautiful. We had great weather so lots of deck time and an amazing hike to the river. The hot tub is big and a nice touch. The 360 views are stunning. I would highly recommend this home.

Family spring break

This property was beautiful. Plenty of space and plenty of games on property. All you really need is your food and drinks. This was our first time booking a VRBO and it was so easy. I would highly recommend this location.

Family weekend

We have stayed here several times now. The kids are always excited to go to the cabin. We all love the huge outdoor space and the hot tub!! We had a brief power outage in the master bedroom on Saturday evening but the guys were able to get it going again. We’ll probably be back next year, God willing. Thank you

Perfect for a Weekend Getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. The fireplaces are cozy, there's so much room to spread out, and the hot tub is an added bonus we enjoyed. The house in the country was so quiet and a wonderful change from the city.

Thanksgiving Getaway

The house was clean, had a lot of space, and in a great location. The upstairs is open to the great room (loft style) so if you have people waking/sleeping at different times, like small kids along with young adults like we did, that can be a little tricky. Overall, great place to stay!

Great Cabin Escape!

This was an amazing place to stay it was even better than the pictures once we arrived. Seem less checking in and checking out process and it was a great experience staying here with family and friends!

Beautiful Views Just Outside of Sioux Falls, SD

The place was gorgeous and was just as expected. So much fun was had by all and it was the perfect location for driving to Sioux Falls. The sunset views from the deck were amazing and we had plenty of room for the kids to run around and play.

Extended Family

This house was perfect for our brother/sister weekend (4 families) with plenty of space for everyone. If someone needed a little quiet space the 2 living rooms provided it. The deck was perfect for sunrise/sunset viewing. Just a gorgeous house from top to bottom with everything we needed.

I'm a real estate broker and my wife, Garn, is a Nurse Practitioner at Avera Behavioral Health in Sioux Falls. When we bought this property we had the intention to develop it with 5 or 6 homes with privacy and fantastic river views. We just have not been able to part with any of it and decided to just share it with everyone with this vacation rental home....

Varför värden valde detta boende

We found this beautiful piece of real estate, were finally able to purchase it about 20 years ago and decided we really just wanted to share it with the world a little. It had been in the same family for 3 generations, ever since it was aquired from the government over 100 years ago. It has not had much human activity over the years, just quietly co-existing along a mile of the Big Sioux River. Whitetail deer, pheasants and turkeys enjoy the solitude there.

We've really enjoyed hiking the property over the years. Just pick a deer trail and follow it and discover the beauties of nature.

You can hunt, hike or ride horse at either Hidden Bridge or Peterson Preserve which adjoins our property to the East and North.
