Detta Ă€r ett hus som byggdes 2012. Det Ă€r utrustat med nytt allt, apparater, sĂ€ngar, möbler, gasgrill, sĂ€ngklĂ€der, allt. Mycket öppen planlösning med 25 fot tak i det stora rummet. Enorm 17 fot hög spis i det stora rummet. Öppen balkong ovan med 2 sovrum och ett komplett badrum. KĂ€llarenivĂ„n Ă€r nu klar, den har nu 2 sovrum med dubbelsĂ€ngar och 3 soffor. SĂ„ det finns fem bĂ€ddar i alla, en king size en i sovrummet, 2 queen size-sĂ€ngar i det övre loftet omrĂ„det och 2 queen size-sĂ€ngar i kĂ€llaren. badtunna ute. Enormt dĂ€ck utanför det stora rummet. Baksidan av hemmet vetter mot SW med utsikt över den vackra floddalen. Sioux Falls ljus kan ses pĂ„ avstĂ„ndet 12 miles bort.

The house was as represented and had a beautiful view over the river and conservation land. It was close to Sioux Falls and convenient to get back and forth for wedding events.

The kitchen was well stocked with all of the items we needed to prepare all of our meals. Plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. The host communicated quickly with me. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Great place! It was just like the pictures. The kids and their cousins had plenty of room play while the grown ups talked. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was just right. (Three of the bedrooms are completely private and two of them are on the loft over the kitchen.) Some of us enjoyed the hot tub, and we cooked out on the deck using the gas grill. There's a pool table and some games. We hope to stay there again in the future!

Excellent!

This home was perfection! We enjoyed a relaxing stay, the accommodations were clean and the owners had thought of everything we would need or want. The proximity to Sioux Falls was awesome as we ran there a few times for different things! Out of all the vacation rentals we have stayed in this is by far our favorite. We hope to come back again!

Beautiful cabin in a quiet area. It was nice to be in the country with nothing around but trees and wildlife. The cabin is decorated nicely, had abundant amount of furnishings (dishes, silverware, pots & pans, towels, etc). We have already reserved our next stay at this cabin.

Fun Getaway

Rented the cabin for my granddaughters 13 birthday. She got to bring some friends with her to the cabin. We made a girls' weekend out of it. Unfortunately, we couldn't have any bonfires as it was dry and this particular weekend was VERY windy. The kids, however, had a blast exploring and the hot tub was a big hit with them. Easy and fast communication with the host. The only problem I had was with the door, I had a hard time getting it to unlock, I'm sure that was user error. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us.

I'm a real estate broker and my wife, Garn, is a Nurse Practitioner at Avera Behavioral Health in Sioux Falls. When we bought this property we had the intention to develop it with 5 or 6 homes with privacy and fantastic river views. We just have not been able to part with any of it and decided to just share it with everyone with this vacation rental home....

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We found this beautiful piece of real estate, were finally able to purchase it about 20 years ago and decided we really just wanted to share it with the world a little. It had been in the same family for 3 generations, ever since it was aquired from the government over 100 years ago. It has not had much human activity over the years, just quietly co-existing along a mile of the Big Sioux River. Whitetail deer, pheasants and turkeys enjoy the solitude there.

We've really enjoyed hiking the property over the years. Just pick a deer trail and follow it and discover the beauties of nature.

You can hunt, hike or ride horse at either Hidden Bridge or Peterson Preserve which adjoins our property to the East and North.
