Our beautiful community offers fully-furnished apartments, reesort-style amenities and high speed WiFi throughout the community. You will be minutes from transit to Center City Philadelphia and a short drive to shopping, dining, and recreation including Center Square Commons, Downtown Ambler, Plymouth Meeting Mall, and Historic Downtown Skippack Village.

Enjoy spacious floor plans featuring contemporary, premium amenities and conveniences. Our fully furnished apartments boast dedicated living areas including a kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom, bathroom, and abundant closet space including walk-ins.

Kitchens are fully equipped with stainless steel Whirlpool appliances and cookware, glassware, silverware, and dishes. There is a full-size, front-load Whirlpool washer and dryer in the apartment. The bedroom boasts a King-sized bed with luxury bedding and an LED Smart 4K Ultra HDTV. The bathroom features luxury linens and travel-size Molton Brown toiletries . All utilities are included such as ultra, high-speed WiFi and premium cable with HBO and Encore. Apartments include starter kit of paper products (paper towels and bath tissue), dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent.

Our friendly service team is on site 24/7 to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Enjoy freshly brewed hot beverage service, package acceptance with mobile alerts, valet dry cleaning, and local area expertise. Housekeeping is provided complimentary once per month for stays of 30 days or longer. Additional housekeeping services may be requested for an additional fee.

Cleaning & Sanitation
Cleanliness has always been top of mind for our team and residents. We have partnered with Ecolab Inc. to provide the highest levels of sanitation as we prepare furnished apartments after check-out.

A signed lease agreement is required for stays of 30 nights or longer. A non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet will be due upon arrival.
