Gulf Access Home with Large Heated Pool
This Gulf Access home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2000 square feet providing plenty of space for relaxing. The Lanai area is large with a large pool and several seating areas. Bring your own boat or rent one and park right on the 12 thousand pound lift.
The spacious walk through kitchen has been updated with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a pass-through window to the outside lanai bar countertop. Enjoy this fully-equipped kitchen for cooking or baking just about anything.
The dining room offers a dinning table with seating for 8, with additional seating at island and bar.
This home has everything you will need for a relaxing vacation. Brand new linens, soaps, hair dryer, hair straightener, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, books for all ages, board games, puzzles, gas grill, fishing poles, pool floaties, stroller, bikes and two old town adult Kayaks free to use!
MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed accompanied with plush soft pillows for the best nights sleep. A 42 inch smart TV to steam your favorite shows and movies. Patio doors out to the lanai. Private master bathroom with double sinks and large walk in shower with excellent water pressure!
LIVING ROOM AND EXTRA "BEDROOM": The large living room has a 75 inch TV, sectional couch with ottoman and high back chair. Off to the side (to provide a 4th "bedroom"), there is an area with a brand new queen murphy bed and an amour for your clothing and belongings. This provides an additional semi private "bedroom", with patio doors to access to lanai. A privacy screen is provided if desired, there is also a pocket door that will sort of separate the living room area from the rest of the house. Don't let this make shift "bedroom" discourage you, you get your own pool access and 75 inch TV!
BOAT DECK AND LIFT: There is a 12K pound covered boat lift, free to use if you decide to rent a boat. If you prefer to not use the boat lift, the dock provides plenty of space to tie up a boat as well. You are literally minutes out to the big river! Prime location! There are several boat rental places in the area, some will also deliver right to the dock!

Varför värden valde detta boende
We chose this area because of its quick access to the Gulf and short proximity to Ft Meyers, shopping, restaurants and family friendly things to do. The neighborhood is quiet and safe to take walks or go biking. The canal is wide where we don't feel like we have neighbors in our "backyard".
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
I LOVE the floor plan of this home. I like that all of the bedrooms on the same side of house, so kids can be close and not all the way across the house. I like the living room on the other side so if some people want to watch a movie and some want to play cards or games at the dinning room table, you are not competing conversation with TV volume. The set up is really great.
I have been renting homes in Florida for 8 years before we purchased this home and this is the biggest pool and lanai area I have ever seen! That was also a huge selling point.
