This quiet private home is completely furnished and is conveniently located to major Omaha hospitals.
At the end of a long day fall into bed and unwind into the comfortable Queen beds that will give you a great night sleep. Both bedrooms do have 100% blackout curtains. Also, connect all your electronic devises conveniently with our nightstands that have USB ports & plug-in's available in each bedroom.
If you are a remote worker and really need a dedicated space, you will fall in love with our office which does have a very large desk & office chair. The Cox Internet Wi-Fi is very fast to always stay connected to your devices.
Free on-site parking available inside the two-car garage or on the long driveway. Garage does have motion sensor lights so no need to remember to turn off the lights. The driveway and entry to the backdoor are very well-lite with motion sensor lights.
Central Air is a delightful reprieve from the hot & humid summer heat and the efficient central heat makes the space super cozy during the winter. We have an ecobee smart thermostat this is very easy to use.
Spacious kitchen outfitted for the chef in the family. Stocked with all the essentials including common spices, French press, Ninja coffee maker and a tea kettle, for all you caffeine fanatics.
Our plush sofa is the perfect place to lounge after a full day. Stream all of your favorites shows on our easy-to-use 55" Roku Smart TV while curling up on the couch.
If you love the outdoors, you will love the privacy fence in the backyard along with the patio furniture on the covered patio.
