As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting interior, thoughtfully designed to accommodate your every need. The open-concept living area is furnished with coastal decor, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Gather around for cozy evenings with loved ones, and sink into plush sofas while enjoying your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. High speed Wi-Fi is provided to allow you to stream your favorite subscriptions.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and quartz counter tops. The optional pull-out extension built into the dining table allows seating for 10 people. The dry bar sports an under the counter ice maker with a filtered water supply and a stand-alone beverage cooler.

The front porch which has seating for two is quiet and peaceful both in the mornings and evenings. The screened-in back deck offers an amazing view of summer sunrises and sunsets. The relaxed seating area on the back deck is also a wonderful place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the tidal marsh and canal. The vibrant marsh-view is a nature lover's delight.

The private fenced-in salt water pool on the north side of the house will accommodate both sun-lovers and shade seekers. Enjoy the pool-side picnic table and a cushioned seating area under the deck. Around the corner from the pool, an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower is convenient for showering or rinsing off the sand. A gas grill is located conveniently near the pool & picnic area.

We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.



As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
