Denna plats är otroligt. När jag fick denna plats jag ville ha den bästa platsen, inga grannar på samma våning, massor av utrymme, trevliga finish och uteplats. Jag ville att det hela och jag fick den. Låt oss täcka dessa en efter en.

Platsen kan inte vara beat. Vi är precis intill Columbus Circle. Det innebär att du kan få en snabb tågresa till någonstans i staden på mindre än 20 minuter. Som sagt, du behöver inte ett tåg att stanna upptagen som sin rätt bredvid Central Park! Du kan gå till Times Square på mindre än 10 minuter. Det är en Midtown adress för dig affärsresenärer och shoppare. För foodies är Hells Kitchen där. För museet älskare, vi är precis bredvid Lincoln Center och Upper West Side att nå Natural History Museum och mycket mer.

Inga grannar. Den här lägenheten är hela våningen i byggnaden. Det finns ingen annan. Nedan är ett kontor så att du inte behöver oroa dig för att hålla någon upp på natten och ingen är där alls på helgerna.

Utrymmet är vackra och stora. Detta är en helt renoverade enhet, som blev färdig 2015. Vi hade hela golvet rensad och byggas om. Alla väggar, golv, etc är helt nya. Det är en ny plats i en gammal byggnad. Dess hela våningen i byggnaden. Det är en sann 3 sovrum. Akta dig för substitut. Många i denna stad kalla sina 2 bäddar, 3 bäddar. Detta är en verklig tre sovrum. Alla 3 sovrum är mycket stora NYC standarder. Vardagsrummet är mycket rymligt. Även Badrummen är enorma! Den har cirka 1700 kvadratfot eller 188 kvadratmeter.

De ytbehandlingar är alla top of the line. Rostfritt stål apparater, vackert namn varumärke möbler (Pottery Barn och La-Z-Boy hela), dess alla varit tänkt på. Varje rum har en drottning säng, men det finns också en bäddsoffa och två stolar som förvandlas till sängar vilket innebär att det finns 6 bäddar. Elektroniken är alla så bra som man kan förvänta sig på en plats som denna. Jag bor här med min familj under somrarna så jag spara någon kostnad.

Den utomhus NYC standarder är enorm. Det har en uteplats! Vet du hur sällsynt det är? Uteplatsen har ett matbord med plats för 6.

Den här lägenheten ligger på 3: e våningen och är en walk-up. Det innebär 2 trappor. För dig européer och asiater, det är den 2: a våningen. Trapporna är inte utmanande, men du behöver veta om dem.

När jag personligen bo på andras semesterbostäder, jag alltid besviken över kvaliteten på sina leveranser. Du kommer inte uppleva det med mig. De köksutrustning, möbler, Handdukar, allt är top notch. Vi har även torktumlare salong kvalitet hår!

Här är några andra intressanta funktioner som sticker ut.
- En av badrum duschar är också en ångbastu.
- Vi har nyligen tillbringat fem tusen dollar på brusavvisande fönster. Du kommer att sova som en bebis.
- Vi har en Apple TV så att du kan strömma NetFlix eller använda den för att ha presentationer på ditt företags möte.
- Sängar och sängkläder är top of the line. Du kommer att kunna vila här.

Best Vacation Rental

The location is perfect. We book vacation rentals quite often and this one has been our best experience so far. The apartment size is large and suitable for families who want to stay in one space versus multiple hotel rooms. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need. The outside patio area was great!

Impressive apartment in a great location

Stayed for 9 nights at this wonderful apartment with my extended family of 7. Rick and his assistant Sheyla were very responsive to our needs and did everything to make us feel at home. Starting with plush white towels, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and the fastest internet I've ever seen. We had two issues that Rick and Sheyla addressed right away: One was with the hot water in the steam shower and the other with remodelling being done in the apartment above us. Both issues were worked around to our satisfaction. The location is superb, close to most everything we wanted to be near of. One word of advice is to pack light since you'll need to carry your bags two flights of stairs. We were very happy that we were allowed to keep the apartment until mid afternoon the day of our departure, since our flights were late in the day. In conclusion, would we recommend this apartment to friends and family? The answer is a resounding "yes"!

Great location but

The apartment is in a great location - very close to Columbus Circle - walking distance to lots of fun stuff. The furnishings need some help - there should be nightstands on both sides of the bed- there is plenty of room. The living room sofa and chair have caved in arms - and the area rug needs replacing. But the beds and sheets were great - very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Our huge disappointment was not being able to use the exterior balcony. I specifically chose this unit because of that space. Apparently, there had been some leaks and the space was covered in brown tarps, and unusable. Obviously it had been that way for months but I was never informed by the owner- if I had been, I’d have canceled my reservation. After several texts with the owner, he refunded me a small amount per day, but that no way made up for the issue. He should have informed all his future guests of the problem, so they would have a choice wether to rent it or not -honestly, without the balcony it was not worth what he was renting it for. If renting this property, I’d first confirm that the outdoor space is usable.

Incredible NYC apartment

This is one of the few New York properties that lives up to the hype. In a crowded city this apartment has spacious rooms with tall ceilings. Non-New Yorkers will find the kitchen small'ish but it is well stocked and had plenty of room to make a family meal. Double windows on the street side make city noise all but disappear. The outdoor deck on the back feels like a secret nook, with plenty of space to share a meal or a drink. Everything was spotless. As for the neighborhood, we couldn't have been happier. The Columbus Circle subway stop was at the end of the block and took us anywhere in NYC we wanted to go. Central Park was two short blocks away, easy for a stroll in the park or a good, healthy run. Times Square and the Broadway theaters were all within walking distance. We especially liked finding a restaurant on 9th avenue and never had to eat at the same place twice. The owners and property managers were super easy to work with and very responsive. I really can't say enough about this place!

Our experience with securing the property from start to finish was excellent. Rick responded to any questions we had quickly and was very easy to work with. The apartment itself, is represented just as photos depicted. It’s a large, quiet and comfortable. The patio was a space we enjoyed as a family for some dinners and cocktails. The bedding /bath mats need to be renewed but the beds were very comfortable with plenty of bath towels. It’s a very easy and quick walk to Central Park which is how we started every day!

Wonderful stay!

Perfect location just blocks from Central Park. An easy walk to the theaters and two nearby subway stops to get you anywhere else you need. Clean, comfortable furnishings and beds. Nice kitchen and a nearby Whole Foods if you want provisions. Very quiet apartment with no street noise! The property manager was easily reached and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Mixed bag

There were some very strong positives and some major negatives. Positives: 1) The location couldn't have been better. We were a close walk to Central Park, the theater district, Hell’s Kitchen, Lincoln Center. The subway at Columbus Circle is about a block away. Getting around was easy. 2) It was quiet, no street noise and our room was above 57th St. You could tell the windows were re-done to keep it quiet. 3) It was spacious. There were 6 of us and it was not cramped and we all had our privacy. 4) The outside patio was a plus and also quiet. 5) The beds were comfortable, the sheets were soft and good quality. 6) Communication via text with the property manager was prompt. The negatives: 1) There were issues with plumbing. There are two toilets that are battery operated for flushing and they both went out. They require a special battery and one of the toilets was operational the same day. Later that same day, the other toilet battery failed but it took two more days to get replaced. Meanwhile, we were flushing the toilet by removing the toilet tank lid, reaching in to the water to pull the chain up to get it to flush during those two days. I’d suggest having replacement batteries on hand since they are not easily obtained or just switch out to a normal toilet flush. 2) In addition to the toilet issues, the entire building lost hot water for one of the days we were there. Cold showers were not popular. 3) One of the showers is a steam room, none of us could get it to work. There were no instructions around. 4) We had arranged an earlier check in by about 90 minutes with an assurance that the property would be ready. There had been a scheduling mishap with the cleaning crew and they had yet to arrive after the check in time of 4:00. The property was ready around 5:45. 5) We’re not sure if this had to do with the cleaning crew but there were only 4 rolls of toilet paper when the crew came and when they left. It was not replenished and, instead, were re-allocated so that each bathroom had 2 rolls each. There were 6 people staying 6 nights. Some of the towels that were replaced by the cleaning crew were badly stained and not usable. There was only one hair dryer instead of one per bathroom. 6) The toaster would not work unless you put the setting to ‘defrost.’ Also, the stove top burners were noted that ‘low was high.’ Overall, we enjoyed our stay, had a great time, but didn’t expect the negatives to pile up as they did.

Perfect place for us!

This property was exactly as all previous great reviews have stated. It is an old 5 or 6 story building but don't let that scare you off. The apartment itself is very new and finely updated. There are the 2 flights of stairs but even with a knee replacement, hip replacements and pacemakers we still had no problem getting up there. The location is fabulous! It is so close to all your needs- subway for travel, Central Park for a stroll, restaurants, groceries, drugstore and even an urgent care (which we hope nobody needs). Once you enter the apartment you are met with a beautiful, clean and modern kitchen with high end appliances. It is small but we didn't come to cook a big meal! (although you could). You will need to buy pods for the Keurig unless you want cold press coffee. Read the WELCOME HOME brochure provided for tips on grocery stores. Morton's was amazing! Loved it! We each bought our own individual dinners from there one night. As we explored the apartment on our arrival we noticed that you cannot hear noise from the street even from the bedrooms overlooking it. Even the windows are new. The beds were very inviting. Linens are very clean and fresh and the beds were comfortable. There were such nice touches around like the pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in each shower, instant hot water in the shower, floor to ceiling draperies that blocked light at night, Netflix on the TV (which came in handy one rainy cold afternoon). That was the day we realized we could hear children running around in the apartment overhead but that noise stopped by 11 PM. The french doors between the living room and main sleeping areas block the noise from the TV. The apartment was immaculate. The proof of this was that we walked in our stocking feet the whole time and our socks remained clean! (There are a couple of small stains on the carpets that need attention as they give a false first impression and furniture arrangement does not allow for comfortable TV viewing for 4). It is obvious that Rick has put a lot of time and money and thoughtful consideration into this apartment. I wanted to take the bathrooms home with me. Rick and Alexis are readily available to respond to questions via text. We pestered Alexis a lot the first day as we figured out the technology. Thank you for the attention you gave us. I can't say enough about this terrific 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

This apartment is exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious for 6 adults. Couldn’t get a better location. Walk to Times Square, Hell’s Kitchen and subway down the street with easy access to everywhere.

Pictures do not accurately depict the residence. Yes there are 3 bedrooms, a balcony , a galley kitchen, etc - but the walls have major painting issues - the rooms are smaller than they seem. There were a LOT of fruit flies in the showers. Had to take our luggage up 2-3 flights of stairs because there is no elevator. Overall, good location - 3 bedrooms - the listing agent is very organized and attentive - but for the cost, I would rather stay in a 2-3 bedroom suite hotel.

Incredible location and amenities

What a great find in the big apple! Everything was as stated in the description and in the photos. We loved having access to outside deck to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon. The bathrooms were absolutely beautiful and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and organized. We will definitely be back!

Awesome LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL apartment

This apartment was a wonderful place to stay. We just got back from NY and if we ever return, I will be looking to stay here again. The apartment looks just like it does on VRBO, it was super clean, and exactly as described. Our family enjoyed our stay. It is centrally located by foot to central park, 5th ave shops, columbus circle, hell's kitchen, and times square. It was the perfect location. The size of it, along with the outdoor patio is not the norm for NYC standards. Do yourself a favor and stop looking for a place to stay and book here. The owner , Rick, was awesome to work with and got back to me within minutes when I had questions. And lastly i will add how quite the apartment was. Its on the third floor on a very busy street and we heard almost nothing at night time. There are double paned windows in the front bedrooms and a sound machine if needed. I slept like a baby. This was just an added bonus!!
