A warm and cozy place to relax while being close to Paris, the shops, and the main Olympic venues.
Board on our 38m long barge, which has been transformed into a comfortable and modern home.
A large outdoor area with plants and a garden spirit facing the Eiffel Tower ! You can even board on one of our 3 canoe and Kayak
A spacious 540sq2 main Livingroom viewing the water, a separate dining room and kitchen (480sq2)
Quiet area, there is a beautiful parc less than 5 min walk.
As it is a boat it can rock a bit when large boats are passing by and you may sometime hear the sound of waves, but it is stable.
The place is quiet without direct vis-Ă -vis, it is a boat, so it sometimes rocks a bit when large ships pass, and you can sometimes hear the sound of waves.
There are boats passing on the Seine, some make more waves. The barge is stable, but sometimes it can rock a little, and you can hear the sound of the waves.
We are located less than 20' from the Olympic venues:
Parc des Princes (Football): 1.2km - 20' on foot â 8' by bike â 8' by car
Roland Garros (Tennis â Boxing): 3.4km â 30' on foot - 14' by bike â 25' by bus
Eiffel Tower â Trocadero (Judo â Wrestling â Walking â Cycling) is 3.9km away â 10' by car â 18' by bike â 25' by RER C

We are a couple with a 7-year-old child. We both traveled all over the world for 20 years before meeting. Laure lived in Vietnam, South Africa and Barbados, while Gaël did reports and TV shows all over the world. We are collectors who like to mix the spirit of the cabinet of curiosity with street art.

Nous avons choisi ce lieu parce qu'il offre deux choses rarement ensembles Ă Paris :
Cet emplacement est à la fois aux portes de Paris, tous les commerces essentiels sont accessibles à pied, et la tour Eiffel est à 12' de vélo,
Et nous sommes aussi en pleine nature, sans vis-à -vis, entourés de canards et Hérons, à quelques dizaines de mÚtres d'un grand parc.
