Located on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood with lots of privacy. Minutes from beautiful parks, local museums, award-winning restaurants, breweries and bars, farmers markets, shopping, extensive walking and biking trails, boat launches, the Canadian border and much more. The house was built in 2007 and COMPLETELY REMODELED in 2022!

Very roomy apartment

Very nice clean and spacious apartment. Very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Stay in Tonawanda

Less than thrilled.- When I arrived the apartment was stifling. I turned the A/C down and 5 minutes later the temp had gone up another degree. Called the owner and he said to make sure windows weren't open, and to make sure air was coming from vents. Air was coming from some vents, but not all. 3 AM before temp got down to setting.- We had 1 bathroom. Was advertised as 1.- Wadded up paper towel with a dead ant on the kitchen counter.- My wife who is disabled, found the bed too high to get into and out of easily.- She also found the bath/shower difficult.
