- 20mins drive to to Tuas custom, Legoland, Puteri Harbour, Ferry custom to Batam and Singapore, Hello Kitty land, Johor premium outlet & Sutera shopping mall.
- 30mins drive JB CIQ, Senai Airport
- Causeway link CW3 bus from Singapore Jurong to bustop at Aeon Bukit Indah shopping centre. ~Rm7 taxi ride from Aeon to house.
- Alternatively, you can alight 1 stop before Aeon and walk 15mins or take 5mins cab to our house. Transtar coach TS1 from Changi Airport to JB CIQ where u can take cab (~rm30) to our house.

bedroom, a queen size bed in 2nd bedroom, 2 single beds in 3rd bedroom and another 2 single beds in 4th bedroom. A sofa bed in living room and 4 extra single 4 inches thick mattress.
- Includes 48" TV with Singapore channel, dvd player, fridge, water heater, washing machine, microwave oven, an induction cooker, rice
cooker, hair dryer, and air conditioner, electric kettle, iron and ironing board (small).
- No bathtub and only standing shower and rain showers in all toilets
-*Complimentary fire unlimited high speed WIFI
- Includes 2 pots and pans.
- Has family hall with board games and toys such as bubble balls pool with slide, basket ball net, chinese chess, tumbler, kitchen stove, cashier toy, play mat, camping tents, disco light ball, music toys etc.
- Basic quality bed sheets, blankets and
towels. You may want to use your own for best comfort.
- One towel provided per guest booked up to a maximum of 8 towels. Please use only no of towels per guest to avoid extra cleanig charge.
- Check our usual check in and checkout time as we need time to clean the apartment. But we will try our best to accomodate your preferred timings if the subsequent booking allows.
- For stay longer than 2 months, monthly rental can be reduced further.
- Security deposit required to be held by Airbnb via authorization (its not really a charged yet). We hope your stay is pleasant and like to have peace of mind that our place will be taken care
of. We value good friendships and will NOT make any claims unless necessary. Deposit will be refunded within 48hrs upon check out. Appreciate your understanding. Refer to

*Regarding wifi, we do not charge for it and its speed cannot be guaranteed as it is managed by the local telco provider. Speed good for
messaging, email and news surfacing. Ok for video streaming.
*The toys and games in the family hall can be borrowed but guests acknowledge they play
at your own risk and guests agrees to indemnify hosts from any responsibilities for danger or
injury. Guests are also to help pack and put back the toys in their original place after borrowing.
