Some must-visit places include the Village of Bemus Point (located two miles away with bars, restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and tennis courts), National Comedy Center, Jamestown (bars, restaurants, shopping, stores, riverwalk, Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Museum, and baseball), Village on the Lake (shopping, restaurants, mall, and services), and Chautauqua Institution.

As you step inside this lake-view beauty, you will discover a colorful living area with a smart TV, numerous books, and a beautiful record player where you can play any favorite tunes. Spend your days listening to music, reading entertaining books, or catching up on your favorite series. The galley-style kitchen boasts modern appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a convenient Keurig coffee maker to please any coffee enthusiast. This level also houses a bedroom.

In order to reach the upper level, you have to go up a spiral staircase, which could be difficult for the elderly, young children, or people with disabilities. The upper level boasts a spacious loft that can be used as an additional sleeping area with a smart TV, a small living area, and an en suite bath with a shower and a gorgeous separate soaking tub.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
