Hood Canal, 1930s Beach Cottage, 315 "Cove med ostron!

Shuck, kajak, krabba, musslor eller bara koppla av på däcket på vår vackert restaurerade 1930s strandstuga, precis vid vattnet. 315 'av ostronrik ingen bank vattnet på en skyddad vik. Alla kommer ha roligt!

Också tillgänglig för uthyrning är vår intilliggande Octopus Hole Beach Cabin (VRBO notering # 163757) och vår intilliggande Big Gray 1930s Beach Cabin (VRBO notering # 575843). Alla 3 stugor ligger bredvid varandra, precis vid stranden. Listning # 163757 har en badtunna och # 575843 har en bubbelpool och en bastu.

Hyr två eller alla tre stugor för en stor grupp. De är idealiska för familjeåterförening ... gott om utrymme att fira tillsammans medan varje familj också har sitt eget utrymme.

Studionens interiör har välvda tak av kammad cederträ och ett riktigt coolt badrum med kiselgolv och duschkabin.
Detta är en studio enhet med en queen-size Murphy säng som drar ut ur väggen och två europeisk stil (bekväma ... inga fjädrar!) queen size-bäddsoffa.

Bekvämligheterna inkluderar en platt-TV, DirecTV, DVD / BluRay, fullt utsedd studio kök, sängkläder, sängkläder, Weber gas BBQ med sidobrännare, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, utanför delad eldstaden, däck möbler.

Fastigheten ligger på en vik med 315 'av nej stranden på stranden (vi äger tidelands). Platsen är vänlig och privat. Viken gör det väldigt lätt att starta kajaker så var noga med att ta med dem. Eller du kan hyra kajaker (och kajak krabba krukor) från Kayak Brinnon ... de kommer att leverera och hämta för bara en liten avgift.

En båtlansering är mindre än 10 minuter bort och en skyddad förtöjningsboj finns direkt framför stugan. Trailer parkering finns också.

Vi finns One Cove Norr om berömda Octopus Hole Dive Site på Hood Canal, nära Lilliwaup, Washington. Vi är några minuter från Hoodsport bekvämligheter och närliggande olympiska nationalparken.

Definitely enjoyed our stay! Husband just had back surgery so we didn’t go in the water but definitely a nice spot to kayak. Saw seals and sea otter. Would definitely stay again.

It is very easy to get used to this view

This cabin is a pure jem! We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed the view of the canal. Seal visited us from time to time and we swam every day in the refreshing waters. Very piecefull!

Idyllic Place

We absolutely loved staying at this idyllic cabin for a week. The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything you could need to enjoy the week: access to kayaks, life jackets, games, and the best kitchenware of any vacation rental I've been at. It was the perfect place to relax for the week with great access to Olympic National Park.

Perfect Getaway on Hood Canal

Small but perfect cabin for two people. Right on the water. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable queen bed. Loved sitting on the deck watching fishing boats, an eagle and families out in their kayaks.

Great Retreat

This place was better than the pictures. Very clean and nice attention to detail. Great views and right on the water too. Far enough away from town but close enough to go in and enjoy the shops. Also close to the trails in the National Park. We had a great time!

Perfect for two

Small but perfect for a couple. Beautifully maintained and appointed throughout, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful bathroom, and glorious views right on the water. The big windows that open from the kitchen to the water are worth the price of admission. We loved it and we’ll be back!

Perfect getaway

I absolutely loved this cottage. Everything was so thoughtful and lovely. The kitchen was well-appointed with good cookware and sharp knives (!). The view was stunning. I would return in a heartbeat.

Perfect getaway!

I did not want to leave! What a perfect place to get away and relax. This cottage is perfect for one person to be alone or for a romantic getaway for a couple. The oysters were delicious on the grill- what an amazing experience. It was also so clean, what a bonus!!

A waterfront kitchen is the best!

The cottage was clean and comfortable - from the bed to the couches. The waterfront feel of the kitchen was our favorite as the windows open up and latch so that you can experience the waterfront from every corner of the studio cottage… thank you for a wonderful stay.

IF I COULD I WOULD LIVE THERE!!

The cottage is so cozy. This is our second time there. Kitchen fully equipped. Comfortable bed and large bathroom. The beach is feet from the front of the house. Great deck!! Great restaurants nearby and hood canal coffee can’t be beat. Great Wi-Fi and TV. All I could think about when I got home was how soon can I go back!!

Gentle Bay

This artfully and lovingly built cozy cottage, situated right on a protected bay in the fjord, was an ideal launch point for day hikes in the Olympics, and for mornings watching the water birds fishing and cavorting. Suzanne was responsive in all ways, and the cabin had everything we could have needed, and more. One night, the clouds cleared and constellations powdered the sky. Such a special place to return to, if we can.

Lovely Location, Property and Shellfish!

Great property that stayed warm during a snowy February weekend! The oysters and clams from the beach in front of the property were delicious! Everything was exactly as described, but if you're planning to do much cooking you might want to bring a few bits and pieces - there were no measuring jugs or roasting pan, and only one bowl! The TV (DirectTV) and DVD collection were great - if you want to bring a laptop to stream your favorites then you'll need a HDMI cable! With those tiny caveats, we will be going back one day!

Fantastic Hood Canal cabin

This is the cutest little beach cabin I have ever seen. It has had a bit of renovation, keeping the beach cabin vibe. The view is terrific, but you may need sunglasses while making breakfast. (There is a window shade...) There are huge opening windows in the front of the cabin, giving it an open-air feeling. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the Murphy bed was very comfortable. The kayaks are in good condition and so are the life jackets. We are going to make our way back here again. My only small complaint is that 11 AM seems more reasonable as a check out time.

I am a Pacific Northwest Natives who enjoys fishing, hiking, skiing, and generally enjoying everything the Olympic Peninsula has to offer. I have managed the Hood Canal cabins since 2001, when the cabins began a painstaking renovation. I hope you love the cabins and Hood Canal as much as I do!

Varför värden valde detta boende

The West side of Hood Canal offers both salt-water fun and hiking opportunities in the Olympic Peninsula. You can scuba dive, snowshoe, hike the Staircase, fish, and mountain climb, all within minutes of the cabin. Very few places in the world offer such diversity. Oh, and did I mention the oysters right outside the front door?

It's very relaxing. Not just the view of the water , fun on the beach, or storm-watching in the winter, the cabins are warm and inviting. We're less than 2 hours from Seattle, but you really feel like you've gotten away from it all.
