This lovely casita has all of the iconic features of New Mexican adobe architecture such as natural wood beamed ceilings (vigas), a kiva fireplace, tiled floors, and countertops, copper sinks, and two skylights. There is a natural wooden fence (latillas) surrounding your own, private patio where you can enjoy cool mornings with coffee or a relaxing evening beverage. The unit is five minutes from the famous plaza where you will find the best galleries, restaurants, and shops Taos has to offer. You are thirty minutes from Tao Ski Valley, near the Rio Grande Gorge, and close to countless hiking options (some easy some very challenging). The Taos Pueblo is ten minutes away by car. There is a brand new Thor stove top, oven, and hood in the well-stocked kitchen. There is a full complement of All Clad cookware, utensils, and kitchen gadgets where you can cook up a storm when you need a break from the cafes and restaurants. The large bedroom features a queen-sized bed, two spacious closets, and a comfortable sitting area. The bathroom has a tub with a fixed and a handheld shower head. There is a coin laundry in the complex and parking is steps away from your private entrance.

Taos requires a minimum stay of one month (31 days). The fee listed below is therefore not entirely accurate. The fee for a one-month rental is $2,000.00. Extras days of less than a full month will be prorated. For stays of longer than one month, a monthly inspection will be arranged at your convenience. There is an off-site property manager who is available for emergencies and to address other issues. The complex allows one small pet but there is an additional application and fee involved. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or immediately near the complex.
