Room was clean. I enjoyed sitting in the back yard. It was quiet and convenient to the plaza. I would go there again.

I’m not even going to bother asking this guest what he meant by furnishings and decor need “Updating”. Just saying this little casita is so very popular with my many guests and ratings reflect this!

Unit does not have A/C and the temperature while we were there in early September reached low 90’s and high 80’s. The sun really bakes the unit so that by early afternoon it becomes stifling. The unit holds the heat well, and it does not become comfortable until 10:00 or 10:30 pm.Could use a grab bar in the shower. Could use more maintenance.

This casita does not have air conditioning. Most homes in town do not. There is a ceiling fan in the living room and another in the bedroom. All door and windows are screened and there is always night breezes. The high stucco wall surrounding the casita offers both security and privacy so leaving doors and windows open feel safe to most guests

Really quaint and cozy casita, quiet and close enough to plaza. The peacefulness allowed us to unwind and settle in and relax, enjoy the sights and sounds of Taos. We look forward to returning and staying at another property of Melissa’s bringing more of our family to enjoy.

I'm so glad you enjoyed my Casa Verde for your Taos visit. It really is a quiet neighborhood on a one block dead end street. Kind of hard to believe you are only three blocks from the Plaza! I have way too much fun decorating and try to anticipate all my guests needs with all my amenities.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at Melissa’s property. The location gave us an easy walk to Taos Plaza with restaurants, museums, and shopping. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again!
