The Lodge on Steamboat Bay – A Lakeside Escape for Families & Groups
Unwind, explore, and make unforgettable memories at this 4,200 sq. ft. modern-rustic lodge nestled in the pines on beautiful Leech Lake. Designed for comfort, fun, and connection, it’s the perfect getaway for families, friends, or retreats.
June- August: Friday 4 pm check in- Friday 10 am checkout
September- May: 2 night minimum, 8 am check in- 4 pm checkout!
Bunk House NOT available November 1 - April 1 due to it being seasonal. From these months the lodge can accommodate 18-20 people comfortably. During summer months including the bunkhouse, the lodge can sleep up to 30.

For beds we have:
2 queen beds
2 king beds
3 twin/ twin bunk beds
2 twin / full bunk beds
6 full beds (made into 2 triple bunk beds. These are seasonally in the bunk house.)
Spacious Comfort & Room to Gather
With 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (4 en-suites), the lodge sleeps up to 20 guests. Enjoy a mix of king, queen, and bunk bed arrangements—including a detached bunkhouse with two full-size triple bunks (available April–October). The open-concept main living area features a giant U-shaped sectional, a dining table for 12, and a chef-ready kitchen with double ovens, 5-burner gas stove, 2 dishwashers, coffee bar, and every utensil and gadget you could need.

The attached rec room is your indoor playground, with arcade games, a pool table, a lounge area with TV, a bar with retro fridge, and a bathroom with outdoor access. Perfect for rainy days or evening hangouts.

Step outside to a covered patio with lounge seating, fire table, dining area, and grilling setup. Just beyond is a sunken wood-burning fire pit, a sandy beach area, and water toys galore—kayak, paddleboard, floaties, water pad, and more. The shallow lakefront is great for wading, and the nearby sandbar (just a 5-minute boat ride) offers prime swimming.

The Lodge’s heart is its warm, open-concept living space—featuring a dining table for 12, a spacious kitchen island with seating for 5, and a cozy U-shaped sectional perfect for movie nights or morning coffee with lake views. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with a 5-burner gas stove, double ovens, 2 dishwashers, a coffee bar, and all the gadgets—from blender to toaster to mixing bowls.
Step into the attached rec room and let the fun begin! Enjoy arcade games, a comfy TV lounge, bar area with a retro fridge, and a large table for cards, games, or snacks. There’s also a full bathroom with outdoor access—super convenient after a day on the lake.
Outdoors, the covered patio invites you to kick back with two lounge couches, a fire table, outdoor dining space, and grilling setup. Just steps away, you’ll find a sunken fire pit for s’mores under the stars, plus a sandy beach area, paddleboard, kayak, and plenty of yard space to run, play, or unwind. The lake is shallow near shore—great for wading—and for the perfect swim spot, the local sandbar is just a 5-minute boat ride away.

A luxury pontoon is available for rental. It is a 2017 22’ Sylvan with a 150 hsp 4 stroke.
To rent pontoon you must be at least 30 years of age

You have access to the entire home except the HVAC/ Mechanical room, and an owners closet in the hallway.
The Lodge accommodates up to 30 people comfortably (including the bunkhouse), and 18-20 without the bunkhouse.
Bedroom 1 (master) - 1 King Bed - Full private attached bathroom
Bedroom 2 (fish themed bunk room) - 2 twin/ full bunk beds and 1 twin/ twin bunk bed.

Bedroom 3 (bear themed room) - 1 King bed - attached 3/4 private bathroom.
Bedroom 4 (moose themed room) - 1 Queen bed and 1 twin/ twin bunk bed - attached 3/4 private bathroom
Bedroom 5 (deer themed room) - 1 Queen bed and 1 twin/ twin bunk bed - attached 3/4 private bathroom.
Bunk House - 2 triple bunk beds housing 6 full sized beds.

Guests must follow quiet hours from 10pm - 7 am everyday, this means no loud noises outside. We ask that you follow these to respect our neighbors on each side of the property.
