2900 kvm 3-4 sovrum 5 år gammal familj fritidshus. Ligger på 150 ft av stranden. Detta underbara nyare hem med rum som är bekväma för alla. Atticgalleriet har utsikt över Liv. rum. Hdwd-golv på 2 nivåer, crmc / mattor på LLev, 6 himmelbelysning. Avskilt / privat direkt utsikt över sjön och det lilla skogsområdet. Denna 300 tunnland alla sporter, mycket ren, naturlig våren matad sjö. Perfekt för simning med upp till 50 ft djup. Privat swmm. plattform. Vacker utsikt från en wrap runt däck / Gazebo på båda nivåerna. En 40 ft docka för att fiska utanför eller binda dina båtar till. TV, mikro, kaffemkr, DW, kylskåp och ett GE-sortiment i full storlek. Propangrill. Stor sjö för fiske, båtliv, bad eller bara solbränning. Fåglar på morgonen, solsken hela dagen, alltid lätt bris på övre plan Gazebo och himmel full av ljusa stjärnor på natten. Ingen trafik här, bara lugn och ro perfekt plats att koppla av med familj och vänner. Cykla och gå runt skogsområdet. Kom och stanna ett tag.

Skidsäsongen är här kom till Delton / Long Lake: Vårt hus ligger mindre än 20 miles från Bitter Sweet Ski resort och Big Timber Resort. Tillbringa en trevlig dag med skidåkning på en av dessa orter och kom hem på mindre än 30 minuter för att koppla av i vårt bekväma hem bredvid spisen och / eller bara se på barnen genom fönstren som släde ner vår egen privata kulle cirka 180 fot med pulka . Ta med egna slädar eller ger dig en för skojs skull. Eller bara göra det benfyret vid sjön.

Golf Trip

Exceeded our expectations….

Fabulous home and location….lots of very comfortable places to relax and sleep. Gorgeous views….lots of host provided things to do. The only thing that didn’t work well was the internet for my work computer, but I was supposed to be on vacation sooooo 🙂

Labor Day Fun

Our children, their spouses and their children joined us for a Labor Day weekend fun time. It was the perfect spot for all of us and they were in the water from morning to dusk. The owner answered our calls promptly and was very helpful,

July Family Reunion

Very clean and neat. Plenty of space, beds & bathrooms. Kitchen had all of the necessities. The lake was great - we loved the kayak and paddleboat. Adults and kids enjoyed the billiard / table tennis too!

Fantastic place

Had college friends stay a long weekend. Right on the lake. Great canoe, floats, kayak and toys were provided. Fire pit was fun and we loved that plenty of chairs were provided. Having extra frig on the ground level and extra seating area down there was great. Everything was perfect and clean. Great place

Fabulous!

Everything positive said in the previous reviews is absolutely spot-on! We loved everything about our family vacation here: the house and its amenities, the lake, the pontoon, the location. The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you need from the gorgeous, well-appointed kitchen; to the "business center;" to the bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms which lend themselves to every family/group configuration; to the decks, pool table, and ping pong table; to the waterfront plus everything to enjoy it to the maximum. We loved every minute, found the homeowner very helpful and easy to work with, and can't wait to come back!

Relaxing

Overall good property. Communication was great. I felt like there were a lot specific rules that did not reflect the condition of the property as we found it. I understand guests don’t always follow the rules but the owner/manager should ensure that the property is presented in the best light possible. The pontoon isn’t available to rent on site (that’s the impression I got), need to go through a third party which was a bit of a hassle. That part is neither here or there.

Great vacation for large family!

We had a great time visiting Delton. The house was terrific! Lots of space for our 14 person family. There is a fairly large hill down to (and up from) the dock and steep stairs. The dock itself was a little hazardous, there were some cracks in the plastic, but it certainly didn't stop us from having a good time. Cell phone service at the house through T-Mobile was non existent though. But overall, beautiful spot and very nice home. The lake is weedy and muddy along the shoreline, but taking the boat out and swimming by the sand bar was great. The kids (2-10) had a blast fishing, tubing and swimming.

Nice home and location, but...

This property is a relatively new home in a nice location. However, it seems like the owner is not interested in up-keep. We found many items that needed fixing, too numerous to list here. I sent a 2-page list to the owner. Most were minor, but the most troublesome ones were the broken places on the dock which is an unsafe situation, and the older dishwasher which didn't work properly. They need to hire a handyman to just go in there and spend a week or two just fixing things. The furniture is old and needs replacing. Most of the beds are hard except for one which is too soft to use. The couch and loveseat are broken down and have many holes. There is a pool table in the pictures, but you can't use it because there are only 2 cues and they are both broken. They put a small ping pong table top on it, but the paddles need to be replaced too. If you go, take your own towels. They only gave us one face towel and one bath towel per person and NO washcloths! And the towels they supplied were thin and raggedy. Ugh. Kitchen supplies were also inadequate. Not enough detergent or towels, no potholders, trash bags that didn't fit the can, etc. It just makes you feel like the owner doesn't really care about your comfort. The lake is nice, the water is clear, but the hill is an issue. One of our friends has a heart condition, and the hill was a bit of a problem for him. We rented the owner's pontoon boat, which I recommend. I would also recommend Hastings as a place to shop or visit. Many restaurants and stores, and just a cute little town. Our party of 6 had a nice time despite the challenges, but I still can only give this house 2 stars until improvements are made.

Nice house

We had some problems. The dryer didn't work. Spider webs everywhere, one toilet was very dirty, hand soap was watered down, light bulbs were burned out. The water at the beach was ankle deep in muck. We did enjoy the watercrafts, the kids enjoyed fishing, not so much for the adults. We enjoyed out time and made the best of it.

Would highly recommend

We had an amazing 4 day stay at this beautiful house on the lake. We had a large group in our family with 7 adults and 7 children and everyone fit comfortably with a bed for anyone. William, the owner was very responsive and quick to answer any and all questions I had leading up to our stay. The house was exactly what we were hoping it would be and more. The pictures truly does not do the house justice. I would highly recommend this property to anyway looking for a relaxing getaway.

Vacay 2022

In general the property was what we expected and was enjoyed by our entire family. I would suggest different furniture for the great room. A couple of individual comfortable chairs and regular sofa or sofas to replace the sectional sofa. Also the landscaping needs to be cared for. There was a good amount of poison ivy close to the walking area and steps. The lake is beautiful, great for fishing and not over crowded. Waterfront could be groomed better. Overall a wonderful getaway spot!

Great spot for groups to relax and hang

Just as described – remote location but still close to several stores and perfect for a getaway stay. LOVED the decks and outdoor space. House has all kitchenware and a few basics to make cooking easier and plenty of sheets/linens. A few bugs/spiders inside the house, but that's expected on a lake!

Great family spot!

We enjoyed our stay. Only negative we experienced was getting stranded on lake with pontoon when motor wouldn't start. Plenty of room for family of 14.
