Retreat to the king bedroom with direct access to the deck, or venture upstairs to the loft for additional sleeping arrangements. Downstairs, you'll find more bedrooms, a screened-in porch, and seamless lake access via the dock equipped with a charming tiki bar and boat lifts.

As you enter, you'll find a wide side deck leading you into the cozy living room featuring a sectional couch, coffee table, and a gas fireplace with a 55” Fire TV. The dining area seats 8 with 2 more at the bar and opens onto the deck, while the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances awaits your culinary adventures.

The main floor boasts a king bedroom with access to the deck, a full bathroom, and ample storage space. Upstairs, a loft offers additional sleeping arrangements and a workstation.

The lower level rec room has 1 queen sleeper sofa that is not included in the count of guests.

Downstairs, you'll discover a versatile room with pull-out sofas, a screened-in porch for relaxation, and two more bedrooms offering comfortable accommodations. Outside, enjoy the expansive deck, tiki bar, and grassy yard leading to the lake, complete with a dock featuring seating, a boat lift, and watercraft tie-ups. We have a sandy beach for kids to play.

Guests have full access to the entire house, except a closet reserved for the owners.

Other details to note:

Boats are privately owned boats and are not part of rental.

Pets allowed (up to 2 dogs less than 50 pounds) with a Pet fee $100.00

We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.

Owners offer use of Kayaks, wake boards, stand up paddle board, and other non-motorized water toys as well as life jackets.

Please let us know that everything is functioning and in great condition upon arrival, otherwise we will consider the property in great shape.
