Nyligen ombyggda, enfamiljshus, 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, medföljande avskärmad 27 x 13 uppvärmd utomhuspool (inställd på 82 grader) med solhylla ... äta middag / cocktails ute i poolen på solhyllan !! Kort gångavstånd till 15 fantastiska restauranger, 12 barer, många, många butiker, cykel- och skoteruthyrning, tvätt och vikning och mer ... Kort bilresa till många platser, golfbanor och mycket mer. Siesta key Beach är på resekanalen för de tio bästa stränderna i världen .... Local Beach är cirka tre kvarter och kan promeneras. Offentliga stranden är vidare, men många "Free Ride" -korgstjänster finns tillgängliga och fungerar endast för tips. De hämtar dig hemma och tar dig till stranden och tillbaka. "Gratis" åkarna är mycket roliga! Huset ligger på 324 Avenida Madera, Siesta Key, FL 34242.

Location, Location, Location!!

The house is equipped with new furniture and bedding. The heated pool is great. Very responsive host with seamless check in. Above all, you cannot beat this location. Walking distance to everything; car not needed. Here are a few noteworthy items; none affected our trip negatively: the bedroom pictured with 2 twin beds contains one queen bed (pictures haven’t been updated since recent renovations); there is one tv in the house (but who goes to the beach to watch tv?); water pressure in the shower is left to be desired…sounds like it could be a common theme on this particular street.We will definitely book again!

family vacay

This is the 2nd time we stayed at the house. The location to the beach & restaurants is wonderful; beds comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. 1 thing please: make sure people empty the garbage- on garbage day (wednesday) WE took out 4 overflowing cans- 3 extra bags on the ground and my families 1 bag!!! Lucia the housekeeper is wonderful! I will absolutely reserve again!!

Great Dog Friendly Location Near the Village

Lovely older house within easy walking distance to Siesta Key Village. Large living room space with split design - perfect for two couples or parents with kids/grandparents. Wonderful pool with canal views. Well stocked updated kitchen. So nice to have our pup with us! We enjoyed our stay.

This home is all about location. We were able to walk to the beach and the village everyday! In addition the local grocery store is right around the corner.

Very easy to communicate with. Great place only a block from the village an a short walk to the white sand beach. We were in town for a family wedding an had kids an adults. Great place will rent again

SO GREAT!

We stayed with our family for a week and had such an amazing time! Second time renting from this owner. We haven’t had any issues and have loved every minute! You cannot beat the location or price! We love love the private pool! The kids swam all day every day! Thank you for the amazing time! We will be back!

The orange house in paradise

We loved this ranch home with a beautiful heated pool on the canal! Our host Jeff was very accommodating and if something needed fixed he had the proper people lined up to help. We would definitely return to this home as you could walk to all stores and restaurants in Siesta village. So far this place is fairly priced. Nancy

Thanksgiving visit

Had a great week in Siesta Key celebrating Thanksgiving with my family. Loved the location, the heated pool was fantastic, house was well stocked, and communication with host was great. Would absolutely return.

What a great beach house! My family of 8 stayed here and had everything we needed to cook a meal and hang out very spacious great screened in porch and the pool is amazing! The location can't be any better! The host was quick to reply.

Great location with a lot of space and a great private pool.

It was wonderful to be able to walk to the village for shopping and dining. The street was quiet and the village night life wasn't heard. The house is spacious and the pool is lovely. Good place for a couple puppies.
