Important Notes:

• Hot Tub: This property does not have a private hot tub. However, guests may access the shared hot tub at the Resort Clubhouse.

• Additional Options (extra fees apply):

• Grill Rental: $80 (includes delivery, 01 propane, and cleaning)
• Pool Heater: $35 per day, minimum 3 days (see detailed information below)
• Golf Cart Rental: Contact the host for details.

Useful Information:

• Parking: Free parking is available in front of the unit. Please note: commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not permitted at Windsor Island Resort.

• Self-Catering: While we provide a small welcome kit to get you started, you’ll need to stop by the nearest supermarket for additional items needed during your stay.

• Trash Disposal: Please place trash in the provided bins daily to maintain cleanliness.

• No Smoking: Smoking inside the house is prohibited. Our smoke detector will trigger an alarm if smoke is detected.

PETS
• We are happy for guests to bring their pets with prior arrangements. However, for the comfort of future guests and for hygiene purposes, they are not allowed on furnishings or beds. Substantial extra charges will apply if this or any damage occurs. If your dog usually sleeps with you, please bring your own bedding (sheets and duvet) for your personal use.
•Pet fee : 95$per pet.
•If you have unauthorized pet during your stay a $250,00 fine will be charged.
• Pet weight maximum 35 lbs.
•Maximum of 03 small pets.

• Optional Pool Heat:

• Cost: $35 per day (minimum 3 days)
• Temperature: Maximum 95°F
• Advance Notice: Must be requested 48 hours prior to arrival

Notes: The pool heater operates through heat exchange and may not function properly in colder weather. We cannot offer refunds if the pool temperature does not meet your expectations under such conditions.

IMPORTANT: Pool heater may be *unavailable* at some times.

Starter Kit: Upon arrival, we provide a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including:

• Dish sponge and detergent (1)
• Dishwasher pods (3)
• Paper Tower (1)
• Dish Detergent (1)
• Trash Bags (3)
• Toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom)
• Small bar soap (1 per bathroom)
• Shampoo (2 per bathroom)

Housekeeping: The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. Additional housekeeping services are available for an extra fee.

• Food & Condiments: Per Florida law, open food items cannot be left in the house after check-out. No food supplies are provided.

• Online Purchases: Please note, USPS deliveries are not accepted at vacation homes. Only UPS, DHL, or FedEx deliveries are allowed. Some resorts may accept packages at the clubhouse, and fees may apply.

• Noise & Safety: In the event of excessive noise after 10 PM, please contact local authorities. For your security, the home is equipped with exterior cameras at the front door and near the pool machinery.

• Rental Agreement: After booking, you will receive an email requesting your electronic signature on the rental agreement. Please check your junk folder if you don’t see it. Airbnb guests will not receive this email.

• It's forbidden to smoke inside the house. We have a smoke detector and an alarm that will sound upon smoke detection. • The BBQ grill has an extra fee of $80/stay. Just let us know and we’ll provide it. • We are happy for guests to bring their pets with prior arrangements. However, for the comfort of future guests and for hygiene purposes, they are not allowed on furnishings or beds. Substantial extra charges will apply if this or any damage occurs. If your dog usually sleeps with you, please bring your own bedding (sheets and duvet) for your personal use. • The Pool Heater has an extra fee of $40/day for a minimum of 3 days. Just let us know and we'll turn it on (6-9h to heat). Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near-freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity that’s offered to most of the properties available. it will be turned on and set to 90ºF - 95ºF. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take 8-12h hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its function efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.) • Due to the Pandemic we stopped offering wash clothes for hygienic reasons, if you need them for your stay, please bring your own. Starter Kit for your arrival: All our vacation homes are self-catering. Which means the guest is responsible for shopping during their stay.
