The main resort, Oasis Club House, is just 5 minutes by car! Plenty of activities keep you active during your stay, with a volleyball court and multi-purpose sports courts, a fun children's waterpark, a lazy river, a resort-style pool, a lagoon pool, and a waterslide.
At Top Stay, we want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, share incredible experiences with your family, and explore all of Orlando.
Communication is key in our service. That's why we keep direct contact with our guests and answer their requirements quickly and effectively.

✔ POOL HEATING: It is optional. It must be turned on during the WHOLE stay to guarantee an optimal temperature. There is a fee of $35 / day. Please let us know if you would like to request this service.
✔ GRILL: This is optional and must be requested in advance. For only $70, it includes a full propane tank and all the cleaning after your check-out. Please let us know if you want to add this feature to your stay.
✔ PET POLICY: Please let us know if you are traveling with your pet so we can review the house policy and let you know if it is possible. When pet accommodation is ALLOWED, we have a 90.00 pet fee to pay separately for cleaning.
