The home offers the largest private swimming pool in Desert Color, and is located right on the coveted sandy beaches just steps away from the floating dock, making this the most ideal location of any beach-front home in Desert Color. No expense was spared as you feel the luxury touches including: floor to ceiling tile in every bathroom, en suites bedrooms with HD Samsung TV's in every room, high-end shower amenities to compliment the amazing showers and bathtubs, and the most amazing views of the entire lagoon from sunrise to sunset.  

Entering the home, guests will immediately notice the craftsmanship and  custom woodwork, fully stocked gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances including a pebble ice maker, and designer furnishings. The main-floor gathering area opens to the largest private pool and lounging area in Desert Color, hot tub, stone dining table with built-in fire pit perfect for s'mores and lounging, grilling area, and a full pool bathroom with a washer/dryer for ultimate convenience preventing kids from tracking water throughout the house and being able to wash and dry towels on demand steps away from the pool. The main floor's en suite king bedroom has its own sliding door that directly accesses the outdoor area. As you transition to the second floor, you are introduced to another large gathering and entertaining area. The large designer sectional surrounds a massive 80" HDTV and the bar with mini fridge and seating area make any movie night the highlight after a sun-filled day.  Add something about the spectacular view from the second floor main room. The ping pong table is a great added amenity for both adults and kids. There are four bedrooms on this level including: two en suite king bedrooms that have private patios and amazing views of the resort beaches and lagoon, en suite bunk room with four queen beds, and another en suite king bedroom. There is also a large laundry room with two LG washers and dryers making laundry quick and easy for large groups staying in the home.

Transitioning to the third floor, there is another spacious en suite bunk room that has four queen beds and two twin beds. Please do not set the pool heater above 88 degrees - We feel like 88 degrees is a great pool temperature for all ages year-round. We monitor the pool heater and there will be an extra pool-heating charge if we find guests have turned it up beyond that.
