Perfect for large groups , kids, adults.

From start to finish we were communicated with and all questions answered. We enjoyed the pool table , arcade games, and large dining table. Great for large group. You don’t need anything except you clothes and food.

NCAA Women’s Nationals

6 of us stayed for NCAA women’s rowing nationals. Great house. So much room. We only used 3 bedrooms. Great location for us. Close to East Fork State park. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for large groups or multi families.

Reds/Twins ballgames, Ark Encounter

The property worked out perfectly for our extended family. We had four couples and 10 grandchildren - twelve and under down to one year old. The house was perfect. Large enough for all of us. We loved the baseball theme and it worked perfect to have our four grandsons in one bedroom with the two bunk beds and our six granddaughters in the other. I can see how it would be a great place for two or three families traveling together for baseball tournaments. There is a good size side yard where we were able to play a game of catch. It was 25 minutes from Great American ball park and 50 minutes from the Ark Encounter, all easy traveling via interstate. Host is great. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent Home and Manager

We required a kid-friendly home in the area that would accommodate our extended family with lots of kids between 1-16, and this was the perfect home. Plenty of bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, eating spaces, and parking spaces. We liked that the adults could play cards in the dining room area while the kids had the pool hall area to hang out. We were very impressed with the baseball themed property and amenities. Several grocery stores within driving distance was also convenient. The host was extremely proficient and had excellent communication. I highly recommend the property. We would certainly rebook in the future.

Very Welcoming!

Great house. Clean. Tons of towels. Walked in and saw Hershey's kisses on all the beds (2 of them if it was a double bed) and in the kitchen was a basket full of Cracker Jack snacks and Peanuts (to keep on with the baseball theme for the house). Great spaces indoors and out for gatherings. This house is updated and in excellent shape. They ask that you take your shoes off and when you walk in, it's so clean that you feel like you want to take them off anyway - Nice, plush carpeting upstairs. Great place to stay with family and friends.
