Easy walk from the tube and great location for all of London riverside. Compact kitchen, but had all amenities and wonderful underfloor heating as well as rain shower head in the bathroom

Tuvimos una pésima experiencia con este hospedaje. Llegamos a las 12 am, en un vuelo, con un niño de 7 años. El acceso inicial con código funcionó, pero el código para abrir la caja de seguridad con las llaves era incorrecto. Informé a la dueña, quien pidió fotos del candado y sugirió probar el mismo código o uno nuevo, ambos fallaron. Terminamos esperando en la calle hasta las 7 am, cuando finalmente nos proporcionó el código correcto. Fue una muestra total de incompetencia, dejándonos sin solución durante horas y sin asumir responsabilidad.
