Sedona Palisades med utsikt över Oak Creek-området

Ett vackert hem beläget i den prestigefyllda underavdelningen i Sedona som ligger ovanför Oak Creek. Vi delar den lägre nivån i vårt personliga hem med gästerna. Det är en fristående lägenhet komplett med tre sovrum och två badrum, ett komplett kök, vardagsrum och tvättstuga med tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Bara en kort promenad från huset ligger ett badhål på Oak Creek. Den röda klipputsikten är spektakulär från hemmet och ett vackert damm med sköldpaddor och fisk precis utanför ingången. Njut av de lugna ljuden från vattenfallet och den lilla bäcken från det övre dammet till det nedre dammet. I denna internationellt kända stad finns många vandringar, gallerier, affärer och restauranger i närheten.
Huvudentrén är genom den skjutbara glasdörren på den lägre nivån. En gångväg från uppfarten ner till ingången har cirka sex steg men är annars platt. Det stora sovrummet har eget badrum med jacuzzi. Det andra och det tredje sovrummet kan antingen kombineras som ett eller separeras med en rörlig avdelare. Vardagsrummet med eldstad har också ett professionellt biljardbord i full storlek. Ett komplett kök och tvättstuga med tvättmaskin / torktumlare ingår. Parkering utanför gatan finns i parkeringsområdet för uppfarten. Baspriset inkluderar upp till fyra personer. Varje ytterligare person är en extra $ 25 / natt.

Nice Place To Stay

The property was very nice and quiet. It wasn't too far out of town so that was nice as well. It was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

Great Property and Location!!

Nice Place good location.

Nice place, it was perfect for the two of us. Pretty views, with a babbling brook, fish and of course Sky. Their very sweet Golden retriever. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Sweet stay in great location

The unit is in a good central location. It was immaculate and very well stocked with several kitchen appliances that are not normally seen in a rental unit. The owner provided good communication prior to the stay and during the stay.

Great location and views

This home is in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood with great views. The location makes it easy to explore all that the Sedona area has to offer. It is spacious and comfortable. Jean and Bill made sure everything we needed was there even a cooler and ice packs for a picnic.

Fabulous location and value

Loved being away from the hustle of Main Street Sedona. Outdoor area of the rental is outstanding with a main and ancillary porch. We are able to see the top of rock formations from the seat on the porch. A good value, given the location.

A perfect home away from home.

My family and I were absolutely delighted by this wonderful home away from home! The views are gorgeous, and the landscaping around the property is very well maintained offering a very peaceful feeling. The house was very clean and properly stocked. It had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves including a nice size barbeque grill. We enjoyed the comfort of the home so much we choose to eat most of our meals here instead of dinning out. It had everything we needed, and offered plenty of room for 4 adults staying here. The location is very close to town, with nice shops and restaurants. There is nothing I would change, except maybe stay a bit longer.

Location Location Location

This property, located in the scenic heart of Sedona, gave us easy access to everything we wanted for a relaxing and enjoyable long family weekend. The property managers were responsive to all of our questions and requests before and during our stay. The property was comfortable and featured nice red rock views and a relaxing fish and turtle pond. Sleeping quarters include a large master bedroom, a nice-sized second bedroom with a sliding door that separates this room from a third bedroom with two twin beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. A special plus came from walking just up the road above the driveway. At the top of this hill lies one of the best red rock views we’ve seen in Sedona.

Disappointing trip to visit daughter

My family went to Sedona, Arizona, to visit our daughter. We chose to rent a home because I like to cook. The house was really pretty, but our son became sick with the flu, I became sick with the flu, and my husband didn't feel well the whole time. We had not been sick or exposed to anyone sick before our trip. Unfortunately this was most of our vacation. We felt that possibly there had been sickness in the home and it should have been disinfected in some manner. Also, the gas fire place did not work.

Serene Sedona home and more!

A beautiful home with lovely hosts Bill and Jean. Every vista from this residence is pure heaven and the sweet sounds of the yard's water landscape was intoxicating. My adult daughters and I traveled to Sedona for a weekend getaway and this was the perfect place to relax after a busy day of hiking, wine tasting and soaking up the Sedona sunshine. Couldn't ask for nicer folks as Bill's recommendation of the West Fork trail in Oak Canyon was a blessing! Jean provided all the information we needed to make this weekend carefree and successful. Thank you both...the memories will past a lifetime a d your home was the perfect setting. Deer at night heard in the canyon below the residence and a friendly pup to greet us. Loved every minute and the jacuzzi tubs helped soothe leg muscles used climbing the Sandstone hills. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary in Sedona. Stunning visuals. The VRBO we stayed at was nice, quiet, and worked out great. Property owners were super friendly and responsive. Certainly worthy of a repeat!

Great location! Very clean

The location is really great because you are close to town and many popular hikes. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had our own parking space so that’s convenient. Jean and Bill were friendly and helpful without being obtrusive. The only negatives were that the living room set up is a bit awkward to watch TV. Also some of the blinds were hard to use. However it was a lovely place to stay!

Great location, excellent hosts

This property is spacious and has everything needed for a relaxed, comfortable stay especially with the long jetted tub-perfect after a day of hiking. The central location makes it easy to access all of the area activities. Being close to the airport, I was worried about plane noise but that was not an issue. Bill and Jean are wonderful hosts who are quick to answer questions and make suggestions.

The property was exactly as advertised. My family of four had plenty of room to spread out and relax -- when we weren't out hiking the surrounding Sedona area. The pool table in the living room was a great bonus for our teenagers!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have lived in this part of Sedona for many years and have always loved the fantastic and ever changing views of the area's red rocks and Mogollon rim. We see a beautiful sight with every sunset and change of season. It is magical to watch the moon rise over the rim each night.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love to walk down to Oak Creek. The sunset views from our deck/patios of the red rocks are stunning and always changing. Even watching the monsoon rains from the deck is amazing!
