This charming property features two generously-sized bedrooms, a well-appointed bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. Nestled in the heart of the National Capital Region (NCR), our home offers urban convenience with a 5-minute walk to the metro and proximity to five shopping malls within a 10-minute drive.
Situated in a secure gated villa society with 24/7 guards, your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. The highlight of our property is the expansive 40m garden area, including a small farm where guests can enjoy fresh vegetables. You'll have private access to the house. If there are any amenities missing, please notify me and we'll get them right to you. The backyard-farm/garden area will be shared by me and my family in the mornings and evenings so that we can tend to the plants and veggies growing and ensure that they're in good health. Feel free to ask for some fresh produce!
