Was Okay

There was a few problems with our stay. The people we talked to seemed nice, but the dryer was broken so we did not have a way to dry clothes. The dishes had crusty food still on them. The pool would not stay heated, and the hot tub would not stay on. There is a window that would not close so lizards and ants got in, and there is a door we could not get to lock whatsoever. Other than that the view was pretty, the xbox was nice to play and the ceiling fans were nice.

Good little house but could be better

We had a good time and enjoyed the pool/covered patio. The beds were comfortable. It was a very quiet street/canal. The layout of the home functions well. However, there are several little nuisances. The flooring is buckeling. Dirty dishes. Sugar ants all over the counters in the kitchen and bathroom. You can't keep food in the kitchen trash can because the ants will find it. No wash cloths. No cookie sheets for baking. The meat thermometer didn't work. The power must have recently gone out because the fridge was full of water and the ice bucket had been melted and frozen back solid. The soap provided in the showers felt like someone's left behind bottles. The AC struggles to keep up during the day and the filter desperatly needs to be replaced. No welcome book with details/rules/local recommendations etc. Lack of communication. Owner only provided a code around 10am the day of checkin. The exterior needs some tlc and the dock has soft spots.
