With floor-to-ceiling windows illuminating the space, transforming it from ordinary to extraordinary. The kitchen is fully equipped, including top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries, allowing you to prepare delicious meals conveniently.

The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs and a dishwasher for convenience.

Equipped with one bathroom, it contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym, swimming pool and visitors' parking (just in front of the building).

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Live life by the water at Azizi Riviera, where the tranquil Dubai Canal provides a serene backdrop to everyday living. Residents can enjoy easy access to Dubai's most iconic landmarks, including the dazzling Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah, just a short drive away. For leisure and entertainment, the vibrant Downtown Dubai district offers world-class attractions such as the Dubai Fountain and Dubai Opera. With its prime waterfront location and proximity to cultural and recreational hotspots, Azizi Riviera offers a lifestyle of luxury and leisure.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Azizi Riviera is accessible via Business Bay, Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Khail Road and Meydan Road.

From Azizi Riviera, it takes roughly 21 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 30 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 28 minutes to Burj Al Arab, and 33 minutes to The Walk JBR.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
