Located near Downtown Columbus. Enjoy relaxing in the backyard and eating smore's around the fire pit. 9 Minutes to Broadway, where you can find restaurants, night life and walking distance to the Chattahoochee Riverwalk, CSU, River Center, Springer Oprah House, and Ft. Benning. 30 mins to Callaway gardens and FDR State Park. Guests will love this cozy home that comes with a full kitchen, 3 full bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and a full size washer & dryer. It has a sofa bed in the family room making it very comfortable for 8 people.

THE SPACE:
To avoid any confusion, potential guests should thoroughly read ALL information below before requesting to book. (We promise that the info below will better prepare you for your trip and answer 99% of your questions!) Thank you!

HOUSE PERKS:
--This rental includes a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, sink, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender & coffee maker. Essentials like plates, cups, cookware, utensils, & paper towel will be provided for your use.
--Along with coffee, creamer and sweetener are provided.
--Cooking spray, olive oil, salt/pepper are provided.
--A hair dryer and showering essentials/bath towels are available. Each bedroom has a designated closet with hanger storage. There is also an iron and ironing board.
--BBQ in backyard w/ cooking tools & charcoal available in laundry room
--Games are available for your use.
--Please make note Guests can park on the driveway or on the street in front of the house.

TECHNOLOGY:
--A large, flat screen television is hooked up in your living area, though we recommend the outdoors over the tube! ;)
--Wifi is provided.
--A washer/dryer is available for your use

ADDITIONAL INFO:
We welcome guests of all backgrounds! However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage, we will only be accepting booking requests from:
--AirBnB users who are "verified" and who already have positive reviews from other hosts.
--Renters that are above the age of 25.
--Renters who are not bringing pets.
--A maximum of eight guests per reservation. Extra guests are not allowed.
We value our relationship with our neighbors, so events/gatherings/parties are not to be held by guests. In order to keep the house in excellent condition for future guests, we are firm on these rules. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

***Note that if you are bringing infants/babies, the house is NOT baby-proofed. (Furniture is not secured to walls, outlet blockers are not included, cabinets/drawers are not locked, etc.)

Other things to note
CHECK-IN INFO:
--Guests who book will receive detailed check-in instructions and a key code for entry on the morning of their scheduled arrival. All of this will be communicated through the booking platform messenger.
--Please note that Columbus, GA is on Eastern Standard Time (EST). Check-in is between 4 and 7 p.m.; guests must check out by 10 a.m. so that we can clean/prepare for our next renters before they arrive.

Guest access:
Guests will have full access to the property. At least one host is always available via text.

**FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 21 DAYS**
An additional $100 cleaning fee will be applied to ensure the continued cleanliness and maintenance of the unit. This charge helps us provide a high standard of cleanliness throughout your extended stay.

Getting Around:
- A car is the most convenient way to explore the area and get around.
- Uber is readily available for easy rides around town.
- The area is easy to navigate, with straightforward roads and plenty of parking options.

- Pet Policy: If you plan to bring pets, there is a $50 pet fee per pet
- Before you leave, make sure you walk on the River Walk at sunset as it is the most beautiful view!
