RARE FIND! Check out the amazing views from this oceanfront, corner condo! You not only get direct ocean views directly east and to the south, you get a bay view as well, a rarity in Ocean City! Vacation in style in this 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo. You'll love the amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach from the living areas, master bedroom, and balcony! In addition to the oceanfront balcony, this condo is also unique because you have a private entrance to a wrap balcony with a bay and city view. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has two double beds and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room also has a queen sleep sofa so you can sleep 10 people comfortably. This modern kitchen includes granite counter tops so you'll have a nice place to make your meals. WIFI and cable TV are both provided by the building. Conveniently there is a washer and dryer in the condo. This condo offers 2 assigned parking spaces, the condo is on the 7th floor of the Marigot Beach building and the building has an elevator. Enjoy easy beach access as your unit is only a few steps from the ocean! Located in the heart of uptown Ocean City surrounded by restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping & grocery stores is only a few blocks away. Gold Coast Mall is located directly across the street offering several shops, restaurants, a gym, and much more!
***IMPORTANT: Indoor pool is temporarily closed until at least the end of July. We will update this listing as we receive information.
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $154.95. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you'd like to. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
