Youâve found downtown Lovelandâs hidden gem! The pink door is a 3 block walk to all delicious dining, shopping and entertainment.
This home was purchased and updated with modern amenities with the sole purpose to provide an amazing vacation rental experience. The eclectic design boasts charm with a clean, bright, and colorful space! Enjoy a beautiful drive up to Estes or make your way to CSU in 25 minutes.

You're only steps away from charming downtown Loveland with great coffee shops, entertainment, breweries, restaurants, and grocery stores!
The Foundry - which has a movie theatre, outdoor entertainment space with live music and restaurants is about an 8 minute walk.
Chilson Rec Center is a 1 minute walk with a Gym and Indoor Pool
Shopping, Art Galleries, Sculpture Parks, Hiking Trails, Golf Courses, Lakes all within the surrounding area.
The home has recently been completely remodeled top to bottom offering high end finishes throughout. West Elm Furniture, Pottery Barn Linens, All Clad Kitchen accessories + much more! Smart TVs in both the Living Room and Primary Bedroom.
Laundry Room has a full size washer and dryer (laundry soap is provided).
The kitchen comes complete with everything you could need + a coffee pot
(ground coffee + tea is provided).
Outside you will find a large grass area and a dining table to accommodate 6 guests.

*45 minutes to Estes Park, 40 minutes to Boulder, 1 hour from Downtown Denver and 20 minutes to Old Town Fort Collins*
Community Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m - 8:00 a.m - No parties or pets - No smoking - Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 for the first hour, and checkouts past 12:00 p.m will incur a fee equal to the rate of the following nights rate. Please no parties or events. A $50 charge per night will be added per person beyond 8 guests. By booking, you acknowledge a charge of $250 or more will be incurred for any smoking violation in on on the property or for any damages and additional cleaning.
