We're a Canadian/American/Japanese family who has lived in Hokkaido for more than 12 years. We love sports, hiking, photography, cars and traveling, as well as learning more about the world from the travelers who come and visit us!

It's a perfect area for raising a family because it's peaceful and safe, with parks and nature nearby. But we still get all the convenience of being in the "big city" because we're so close to downtown!

The gorgeous red maple greets you as you enter the spacious covered parking lot. Welcome to the Oasis, where you can settle down and relax in spacious and modern comfort. After exploring Sapporo for the day, take your time and relax in the bath, or order some food from the hundreds of nearby restaurants for a movie night on the 55-inch TV.
A fully-stocked kitchen with a full-sized refrigerators provides you with plenty of meal options.
The beloved tea and coffee station (caffeine and de-caf options available. including a coffee maker!) helps get you started for your day out at Odori Park, downtown in Susukino, or up on the many locally available ski slopes.
