rymligt radhus (1800 kvm) beläget "RIGHT ON
STRANDEN'. 10 ft tak i hela, privata och
fredlig. Stig av det stora däcket på sockervit
sand som gör Panama City Beach berömd. Det finns
inget mellan radhuset och viken
Mexiko utom sand och sol ... det är din egen bit
paradis!

Ligger vid Y (där Front Beach Road och
Hwy 79 träffas) vi är väldigt praktiska för alla de viktigaste
sevärdheter och favoritplatser i Panama City Beach.

Vår vackra strandfront 3 sovrum, 3 badrum
radhus har en ny
king size-säng i varje sovrum med eget badrum. Det finns en bäddsoffa i drottningen. Det tredje sovrummet har ingen TV. Befälhavaren och övervåningen gäst har en TV.
Master-badet har bubbelbadkar och takfönster.
På bottenvåningen finns ett badrum, vackert kök, matplats och vardagsrum med en bäddsoffa.

Däck och utemöbler komplett med paraply
och en gasgrill. För dig som blir trött på solen,
under däck i skuggan är en stor sväng på verandatyp och mycket sand för små att spela. Det är riktigt coolt där med
vinden blåser av vattnet.

Det nya shoppingområdet Pier Park ligger en mil bort. Pir
Park har många butiker, restauranger och många
barns aktiviteter. Det inkluderar också en biograf,
Margaritaville och Dillards.

Hombre Championship 27-håls golfbana är bara
några minuter bort. Cinema 10 biografer, viken
Värld, Zoo World, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Goofy
Golf, Panama City Beach Pier (för fiske) Winn Dixie,
Publix, Super Wal-Mart är alla i närheten.

Sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls samt en full storlek
tvättmaskin och torktumlare (så du kan
packa lätt och släng barnkläderna i tvättmaskinen).
Köket är fullt möblerat med allt och
allt du behöver för att känna dig som hemma. Eller, om du
är inte på humör att laga mat, du är bara några minuter bort
från Panama Citys mest kända restauranger. De
vardagsrum och två sovrum är utrustade med kabel-TV, inklusive HBO.
Vardagsrummet har en ny 50
tum platt-TV som är bra för filmer eller sport.

Radhuset är vackert uppdaterat.
Du kommer aldrig att vilja lämna, det är en liten bit av
Himlen här på jorden i Panama City Beach.

Family beach vacation

Awesome Getaway

Townhome is directly located on the beach and has everything you'd need to stay comfortably. We had one little issue and Darlene addressed it quickly! We had an amazing time will definitely book it again in the near future.

Likes and dislikes.

Likes: Great location in PCB. This unit is right on the beach. Quick communication with owner. Very easy check in.Dislikes: The downstairs bedroom,converted from garage, was extremely uncomfortable due to the heat, even with a fan on—we were there late-June. There’s no bathroom door in the master bathroom.Overall we had a nice week but will not likely return due to the downstairs bedroom.

Lovely on the beach townhome

We really enjoyed Darlene’s townhome on the beach. Very clean and functional and plenty of space. Great location! She communicates very quickly on any questions. Well stocked kitchen and nice deck. Definitely recommend.

Beach getaway

We had a grand family week bonding and making memories. The neighbors were very nice. The house was great and the back porch was used thoroughly. The outside shower design was good at keeping the sand downstairs. The owner Darlene was very nice, attentive and helpful. The beach is exactly why we were there and spent a large amount of time down on the beach. Thank you Key family for sharing your fabulous condo!

Paradise.

We loved every minute of our stay. Darlene always stayed in contact when needed and fixed anything that arises with haste. We would definitely stay here again. 10/10!! FYI: this place is perfect if you have small kids. All four of our kiddos were under 3 this trip and it was so nice walking off our deck into the sand.

Fabulous location!

We arrived about an hour after check-in time. Check in was super easy. The condo was immaculate and very spacious. We absolutely loved how close it was to the beach literally walk down the steps and you’re in the sand. The beaches seem to be more private than the other areas in the neighborhood. All of the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we could have asked for, during our stay, this condo is close enough to walk to pier park. There is construction at the entrance of the condos but it is a four-way stop and there was never any issue getting into the condo parking lot. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Panama City Beach .

The condo location could not be beat! The beach is steps away from the porch! Communication with the owner was outstanding and very quick, before, during and after the week we rented!VERY CLEAN! The kitchen is very well stocked and the grill was a life saver for us instead of going out to eat! That meant we could have that much more time ON THE BEACH! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

The location was excellent. Much better than a high rise condo. It was clean and fully stocked throughout. No problems with anything. The deck was a popular hangout in the early mornings and late evenings. We even used the grill to grill some fresh fish that we caught. My only complaint is that the third bedroom doesn’t have a TV. The children like to watch TV at night and a couple of times while it was raining outside. A small smart TV with wall mount is very affordable. We brought our own so it was okay. Overall the place is wonderful and we plan to come back next year. A++

This place is beautiful. The owner is super nice. Only thing that i could complain about is cleaning. We noticed some send in the freezer,the oven was dirty and few more things about cleaning in general Other than that i would love to recommend this townhouse to others.

One week with friends.

The townhome was great. You are right on the beach which is wonderful. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has beautiful views of the beach. The bathroom attached does not have a bathroom door for those couples who like privacy during bathroom breaks. The second bedroom upstairs has views of the street area. This attached bathroom does have a door. Downstairs you have the living area, non-attached bathroom, and third bedroom. The third bedroom gets pretty hot especially if cooking during the day/night. I read reviews about all the rules that are around the townhome but I didn’t find them to be an issue. The owner is very responsive. There are stray cats hanging around. Most things were clean but anything not completed wasn’t upsetting. One of the residents cleaned our outside trash out complaining about what the “renters” are tossing out and was pretty rude about renters in general. She knocked on the door to complain about what we toss, how she had to toss out her pants due to “venison juices” getting on her pants from cleaning out our can, and how owners who rent their places go through washers/dryers each year because of “renters”, and more. It was pretty uncomfortable. We are spending thousands to be there and don’t really want to hear that negativity on our trip. If you cannot toss bait or meat juices, etc then it should be stated being many “renters” will have bait for fishing (our case wasn’t venison) or meats for cooking. Overall was still good stay.
